Chapter 1 - Throne of Chaos

In the realm of Chaos, In a distant universe the entire universe took the form of a colossal palace inhabited by one of the most powerful entities in existence. In the palace courtyard, upon a simple wooden chair, sat Luo Yan, his long white hair cascading like a river of molten silver. He gazed at the sky of Chaos a canvas of madness, splattered with erratic strokes of swirling colors, interspersed with countless black dots, each containing an entire cosmos within its depths.

Luo Yan closed his eyes, lost in contemplation of his life and purpose. Having reached the pinnacle of power, he could create entire universes with a mere flick of his wrist, each teeming with trillions of lives. There was nothing he could not do, nothing left to desire. He had transcended all limits, and now the void around him mirrored his eternal ennui.

Then, in a decisive moment, he shut his eyes and made an irreversible choice.

In the blink of an eye, he vanished, reappearing in the palace's dark cellar. There, suspended in the suffocating gloom, floated a pair of black wristbands—deceptively simple in appearance, yet artifacts of his own making. Merely wearing them would strip him of most of his powers, reducing him to the strength of an ordinary man. Yet, they could not revoke his immortality. He would remain indestructible, but if the world around him were destroyed, he would be left helpless, adrift in the void for countless eons.

The wristbands moved on their own, clasping around his wrists untouched. Then, in an instant, he was no longer in the palace. He had been cast far beyond, leaving the palace to dissolve into nothingness.

Amidst the Chaos, where cataclysmic celestial phenomena swirled, a massive vortex yawned before hi—a tear in the fabric of spacetime, spinning violently and bleeding colors beyond imagination. At its core raged an eternal battle between light and darkness. The vortex devoured everything in its reach, hurling them into the depths of Chaos without mercy.

Luo Yan, his long white hair whipping in the cosmic winds, extended his hand as if tracing invisible patterns in the air. He had altered this vortex to lead him to a world governed by laws that permitted life. With his adjustments complete, he glanced back at the black wristbands floating behind him. He knew wearing them meant the end of his supremacy. He had forged them to be unbreakable by his own hand—only a being stronger than him could shatter them, and such beings were fewer than the fingers on a hand. In short, he might never reclaim his power.

These thoughts flashed through his mind in an instant before he made his final choice.

The wristbands snapped into place.

And in that moment, his power drained away. He could no longer resist the vortex's pull. Like a leaf caught in a storm, he was swallowed whole, hurled into the unknown abyss of Chaos.
