Chapter 4 - Chapter 3

You know these moment when you tell yourself you're not going to drink tonight but you actually end up so drunk that you can barely say your name correctly?

Well, that's me now.

At first I refused to drink but Kayla and her friends are too insistent and after 10 shots and 2 glasses of wine, I was on top of one of the tables, dancing with Kayla and some other girls, with huge crowd of people around us whistling, applauding us and enjoying the view of girls rubbing their bodies against each other.

I'm too drunk to care who's watching me right now.

"Lie on the table," Kayla yelled in my ear and I nodded nonetheless. We are both too fucking drunk to care anyway.

Without thinking, I leaned my already hot body on the cold furniture, biting my bottom lip from the cold in contact with my skin. The crowd around as became even louder.

Kayla put on a big smirk on her face as she jumped off the table and stood beside me. I could see the devilish gleam in her eyes.

The next thing I felt was her putting a slice of lemon in my mouth to bite it and spilling something on my bare stomach. Something like salt.

"Cheers," she yelled with a big smile on her face, taking another shot in her hand and everyone around us started cheering for us but I was still staring at her trying to assimilate what's happening.

Man, I drank away too much.

Kayla winked at me with a devilish smile before bending down and licking the salt from my hot body and then without thinking drank the shot in one gulp as everyone screamed her name and I stared at her with a partly open mouth still feeling her tongue on my body.

When she swallowed the alcohol, she come closer and I could smell her perfume and the amount of alcohol she had drunk. She studied my face, stopping at my lips and without thinking, she took the lemon from my mouth.

That was sexy.

Everyone was whistling and screaming and Kayla loved the attention. It looks so easy when she does it. I admire her for that. She's such a Queen B.

I got up from the table. Damn, the whole room is spinning.

"I'm coming right back, I need to use the bathroom," I yelled in Kayla's ear to hear me and she just nodded, smiling at me, then continued talking to the people around her.

I made my way through the whole crowd that had gathered to watch our little show, half of them stopping me, telling me things that at this moment, even if I wanted to, I couldn't assimilate.

I climbed the stairs slowly, carefully not to fall and founded the nearest bathroom, entering it.

I drank too much.

Everything is spinning around me, my body was so fucking hot from all the alcohol I drank.

After I was done, I looked in the mirror, trying to get myself back to normal but it was almost impossible, so I slightly fixed my makeup as much as I can.

I looked in myself in the mirror one last time and headed to the door to return to the party. Maybe I need more shots.

But of course, at the exit, I ran into someone.

I could barely stand on my feet. It's good that the person I ran into catches me before I fall. I mentally thanked him for that.

I looked up and after a few seconds, I could see the person in front of me. I'm slow when I'm drunk, I just need more time.

"Hunter," I said in a squeaky tone, putting a big drunk smile on my face.

He frowned slightly, looking at my face, his arms still around my waist, keeping me from falling.

Did I mention that this guy is attractive?

"Grace, is everything alright?" He asked slowly, studying my face carefully, waiting for my response.

"Yes. Why?" I replied, tying to behave as normally as possible but let's be honest. That's impossible.

"You don't look very well," he said the obvious. "Do you want me to get you some water?"

It's so cute when someone is worried about you. It's melting me, for real.

"I'm fine, Hunter, really," I smile back, placing my hands on his white shirt, feeling his abs tighten under my touch. Damn it.

I don't even know why I did that.

We both looked down where I had place my hands without saying a word.

After a few seconds, he shook his head, as if coming out of a trance, looking up at my face but this time his eyes were a color darker and there was a flame in them as if he were trying to hide something too damn much.

"If you want to go home, tell me and I'll give you a ride," he said in a soft tone, staring into my eyes and I just blinked back as a complete idiot.

We were too fucking close to each other. Our faces are almost touching.

"Or you can just step away from her and leave her the fuck alone."

A hoarse, deep voice interrupted our little moment on the second floor, which was empty and isolated from the party that continued downstairs.

We both turned our heads at the same time to the person who interrupted us.

And I swear my whole body shivered.

I took a deep breath staring at Aiden, who was leaning against the wall, arms crossed in front of his chest with all his tattoos on display. There was a slight smirk on his face as he stared back at us.

Hunter sigh irritably, still holding me in his arms.

"What the hell do you want, Aiden?" He snapped back, his voice deeper than usual. I guess he doesn't like him that much.

"I've already said it, I don't like to repeat myself," Aiden spoke back, his gaze dropping to where Hunter's hands were touching me and his smirk faded.

He clenched his jaw, taking a deep breath, stretching his shirt completely. I had the feeling that his muscles would burst the shirt any moment.

Why the hell is my heart beating so fast?

"Haven't you been taught that it's not polite to interrupt other people's conversations?" Hunter raised an eyebrow angrily, staring at him and Aiden chuckled, looking away for a second showing his perfect white teeth that made my heart skip a beat.

Damn, he's handsome.

After seconds, his laugh disappeared and he looked back at us. I shivered when I saw Aiden's cold stare ready to fucking kill, someone, any moment. Or to be more specific Hunter.

"Let me out it this away," he drawled off, his voice echoing through the space in his dominant tone, making my whole body weak. "You're going to take your fucking hands away from her or I'll do it myself. The choice is yours."

There was no sign of a joke in his eyes or on his face at all. He spoke with a straight face and even a blind man would see it.

Hunter clenched his jaw and the two stared at each other like two hungry animals ready to kill one another.

"Hunter, it's alright," I said, pulling away from him, literally rescuing him. "Give me 2 minutes, please," I smiled slightly, still too drunk to speak normally.

He frowned in confusion, ready to say something, turning his whole attention to me but I cut him off.

"Just wait for me for 2 minutes on the stairs. I'll be right back," I nodded with a slight smile and he studied my face before sighing defeated.

"2 minutes," he repeated my words and I nodded like a little puppy.

Hunter headed to stairs, glancing coldly at Aiden before disappearing but Aiden still had that smug, calm smirk on his face.

What an asshole.

With Aiden and I alone on the floor, I turned my gaze to him and narrowed my eyes.

"Who the fuck do you think you're to telling me what to do?" I hissed, placing my hands in front of my chest and he immediately looked down, raising an eyebrow contentedly. His lips curled into yet another smirk.

"I didn't tell you what to do, princess. I was talking to Hunter," he corrected me, literally playing with my nerves and enjoying it way too much.

My face flushed as I watched his smirk grow bigger.

"You have no right to say who can touch me and who can't."

"You're brother told me to watch after you and I do."

"My brother?" I repeated with a sarcastic laugh. "It's neither your job nor my brother's job," I said back angrily, letting the alcohol speak to me.

I don't even know why I was angry.

Aiden trailed down his gaze on my whole body without saying a word, making me feel even hotter than I already am. The things this man can do to me with only one look are unreal.

Then he pushed his body away from the hall, approaching me slowly and I instinctively stepped back, trying to avoid his closeness.

Until I hit a nearby wall.

And my body is now trapped by his.

His hands were now on either side of my head, giving me a perfect view of the tattoos on them and the closeness of his body made the butterflies in my stomach go crazy. Fuck.

I stuck my body to the wall as if expecting it to save me but I knew it wouldn't happen. The growing smirk on his face also proved it.

Damn it.

He bought his head so close to mine that I could feel his breath spilling over my lips. However, his body is not touching mine, as if he had set a boundary between us that I don't fucking want at the moment.

Stupid alcohol.

"You have a big mouth, princess," he said hoarsely, sending shivers down my body as I stared at his face in fear from the unknown, feeling my heart skipping a beat.

"I can think of a few ways to make that pretty big mouth of yours to shut up."

Fuck.

He looked down at my face, resting his eyes on my lips, slowly licking his lips, enjoying how fucking weak he's making me.

Why the hell do I want to know the ways he's going to shut me up?

If someone goes up to the second floor now, they'll see us immediately and I'm sure it doesn't look innocent at all.

"When you're ready to go, tell me, I'll drive you home just as your brother told me."

That was the last thing he said to me before he pushed his body away from mine, giving me a chance to catch my breath again.

I didn't even know I was shaking until that moment.

I could see his muscular body heading to the stairs calmly but I could barely control my breathing.

And why the hell am I fucking turned on?

Damn it.
