Chapter 19 - Chapter 19: The Fairy with the Perfect Curves

The khodam, glowing like an angel amidst firefly-like lights, lit up the misty forest of the fairies with her radiant presence. As she moved forward, the fog parted, revealing a breathtakingly magical realm.

Curious fairies began to gather, their small, delicate forms fluttering close to Rai's khodam. Their appearances varied—some with fiery red hair, others with black or green locks. Their wings shimmered in a thousand patterns: butterflies, dragonflies, and even translucent petals.

Rai, seeing through her khodam's eyes, was mesmerized. So many beautiful fairy jinns surrounded her—each enchanting in their own way. But the sheer number overwhelmed her, making it difficult to choose.

Determined to narrow down her options, Rai began focusing on one specific detail: curves.

"If I'm going to form a contract," Rai thought, "I might as well find the most... shapely one."

With a focused gaze, she scanned the crowd, analyzing body proportions with mathematical precision. Her mind began calculating bust-to-waist-to-hip ratios as if she were evaluating ancient treasures.

Suddenly, a tiny fairy, no more than 25 centimeters tall, hovered before her and frowned. "Your thoughts... seem rather inappropriate."

"Ah, may I know," Rai replied, a bit flustered but honest, "which fairy here has the most generous proportions—like, uh, especially these two things." She gestured toward the khodam's chest and hips.

The fairy blinked and put a finger to her chin. "Hmm... I think I might know who you're looking for."

"Really? Can you take me to her?" Rai asked eagerly.

"I can. But what do you want her for?"

"I need a slave jinn," Rai answered plainly. "Slave jinn have unique advantages. They can't die as long as their master lives... and they get to eat delicious human food."

The fairy considered this, then nodded and took off into the sky. Rai's khodam followed, wings spreading wide to glide through the forest.

They arrived at a massive tree blooming with flowers of every color imaginable. It looked like the heart of the fairy realm.

"Is Princess Layla here?" the guide called out.

"What's the matter?" asked one of the elder fairies nearby.

"This angel is looking for the most curvaceous fairy to make a jinn slave contract," the little one explained.

"Oh! Then I think Princess Layla would be the best choice."

Princess Layla was summoned—and she was exactly as described. Standing just 26 centimeters tall, she had long legs, smooth skin, and hips that looked ready to birth a hundred children. Her waist was so slim two fingers could encircle it like a belt. Her chest was full and round, about the size of tennis balls—especially large compared to her head.

Rai's eyes sparkled with excitement. She immediately asked, from the depth of her heart, to form a contract.

Princess Layla hesitated, but upon learning she would never die as long as her master lived, and that she could enjoy human food, she began to consider it. The elders encouraged her, and eventually, she signed the contract with Rai's khodam.

Rai was thrilled. She opened a portal back to the physical world, guiding her khodam and the newly contracted fairy jinn.

As they departed, the fairy realm erupted into celebration. A grand parade broke out, and even the elders laughed and danced with joy.

As Rai returned to the real world with Princess Layla, her khodam fluttering beside her, she proudly marched into Master Rosso's study.

"Master, look! This is the fairy jinn I managed to contract!"

Dukun Rosso turned from his scrolls to glance at the glowing, winged figure hovering beside Rai—only to cough in surprise as he got a proper look.

"Did you... contract her because of her curves?"

"Yes," Rai replied without a hint of shame.

Master Rosso sighed and rubbed his forehead, feeling an oncoming headache. "Why do I have such a strange disciple...?"

A week later, the artificial khodam that Master Rosso had promised was finally completed. Though calling it a "khodam" felt overly generous—it was more like a partial magical armor.

It consisted of a helmet shaped like a bunny-eared hat, a single breastplate that only covered the left side—just enough to protect the heart—and that was about it. The rest? Rai had to supplement it with her own ordinary clothes.

Her dream of having reinforced protection for her backside was quickly dashed.

She wanted to protest, but Master Rosso had a "perfectly reasonable" explanation:

"Thanks to that stab in your butt last time, your level jumped to 2. Look at your classmates—they're still stuck at level 1."

With no good rebuttal, Rai reluctantly accepted it. In the end, she resorted to wearing underwear with a cartoon papaya design—just something she randomly picked up while shopping.

Thankfully, with her improved control over the khodam, she could now send her khodam out to run errands like shopping while her real body stayed behind at the dorm.

Convenience, at least, had its perks.

Three months passed in the blink of an eye, and many of Rai's classmates had finally reached level 2.

Rai began to feel uneasy. If her friends caught up to her, what would happen to her precious lead? She knew she couldn't just stick to normal training anymore—she needed real combat experience.

So once again, she turned to Master Rosso for advice. Strangely enough, this time he seemed to have been expecting her.

"Ah, now you understand," Rosso said, stroking his beard. "To grow stronger, especially for your khodam, mere training isn't enough. They need battles… even injuries. Luckily, I know just the place. But... well, it's located deep in the underworld. In fact, it's built inside the spirit realm itself."

Rai blinked. "That sounds... ominous. Can you explain more clearly, Master?"

"The place was created for khodam combat," Rosso said seriously. "There's one core rule—you can't kill the opponent's khodam. Aside from that... anything goes. And I do mean anything."

Rai raised an eyebrow. "And what if I have to fight a khodam that's stronger than mine?"

"There's a system for that. For balanced matches, khodams must be of equal level—or you can challenge stronger ones, but only after officially applying and proving your strength. If accepted, the duel is allowed."

"Can I use my artificial khodam? And ask for help from supporting jinn?"

"Of course. Just remember, anything goes except killing a khodam. That would decrease the opponent's level and defeat the whole purpose. This place exists to raise levels, not lower them. It's part training ground, part entertainment arena... and part underground betting den."
