Kyro
Her grip tightened when I increased the speed. She hide her face on the conjunction of my neck and shoulder. I chuckled,"Are you scared?" I lowed the speed of bike. She nodded. I giggled. One moment she was the most strong, mature woman and another moment she was a girl. A kitten.
But I like both.
"It's not safe, Kyro. You should ride on bike in a minimum speed." She murmured. I chuckled,"Okay, My queen."
She giggled at the nickname. Indeed she was the queen of my hearts. Soon We reached the bank of Seine river.
"Actually where are we going?" She raised her eyebrows. I parked the bike at side,"You can address it as a Date." I turned and winked. She blushed and slowly claim down. I took off the helmet. And shook my head as my hair moved quickly. I climbed down from the bike. I hold her hand, we both blushed.
We walked to a bench and sat there. Our shoulder was touching,"So..... You were missing your mother?" She asked. I looked at her. She knew me more myself. My expression softened,"I wanted to saw you and her in one frame." I uttered. She looked at me. We both drawned into each other's eyes.
"It's okay. Everyone has this feelings. You're the great son." She whispered. My chest filled with a sudden warmth. The warmth that I always desired secretly.
"How you understand me this much? Am I this much precious?" My voice turned into husky, and low. She nodded,"Too precious. Need to protect." she whispered and peaked my lips again. She was the one kiss more.
I melted. I pulled her in a proper kiss. She kissed me back. I wrapped my shoulder around her shoulder, pulled her closer. We pulled away from the kiss. We both were panting sightly. We grinned.
"Wow.... What a show." We both flinched. We turned our face and saw Simfloni was standing in front of us. Clapping, smug expression was on her face. Somi chuckled nervously,"You?" she exclaimed.
"Yeah. It's me. Did I disturb you two?" She pointed finger on us. "Yes." I snorted. Somi smack my biceps lightly. Simfloni raised her eyebrow,"It's friends with benefits?"
Somi again about to told something, but I didn't let her utter,"Couple. That kind of things suits on you. Not on us. Atleast not on her." My voice was more sarcastic than I intended.
"Shut up. She's dangerous." Somi whispered to my ear. But I was more dangerous. I pulled Somi more closer.
Simfloni chuckled,"See, Somi. I told you he doesn't like me. But it's okay. Men should hate his partner's best friends." her voice laced with playfulness. I sighed. I really didn't liking the fact someone came between us. This woman was really a trouble maker. Somi's friends were perverted, I knew from the Gabriel's party. But they were so playful like Colt and Oliva. Oliva was pretty similar. But Colt wasn't. And Somi was different. That's why she's mine.
"Can we have space for us." I asked politely, my arm still wrapped around Somi's shoulder. Simfloni flipped her bottom lips,"Yeah. Yeah. Best friend is now first priority."
Somi scoffed. She giggled,"Have a great time, New couple." She waved her hands and walked away from us. We both let out a relief sigh,"Your friends are dangerous."
She nodded,"I know."
_____________
After I dropped Somi at her place I didn't went to my apartment but a party of one of my friend. I didn't change the outfit. I was still that brown t shirt. I parked the bike in park Lord. The party was on Le Balajo. I spotted Colt in front of the night club. I didn't like the night club. I went those place only once in my life. It was second time.
Usually I don't friends with people like those but sometimes I had to. Moreover I and Colt went inside of the club. The violet blue green red disco lights were flickering everywhere. And people were dancing. More like a monkey more than human. I spotted some people were making out at a corner. I almost vomit. Eww... It's so cringe.
Colt tabbed my shoulder,"Hey you're okay." I nodded. We spotted that friend of ours who threw the party. We met them. I was silent. I let Colt talk to him. After talking we both at on the drink counter. He ordered drink for himself. He didn't ask me because he knew I don't like those.
"Atleast drink water dude." He sipped wine from his glass. I shook my head,"We shouldn't believe anything place like this."
He pressed his lips together,"You're becoming more overthinker." I chuckled,"Overthinker become an author." He nodded. I looked at the watch,"It's night. I have office tomorrow." I lied. Because I didn't want to be here.
He nodded,"I need to go bathroom a while. Wait for me outside." he ran to bathroom. I chuckled and walked out of there. I was at the entrance people were coming still coming. I paused.
I saw the familiar black eye whose one eye was disable, his smooth beautiful hair moving by the strong breezes. A smirk was on his lips. He was coming towards me.
He was Lauis. The second best selling author. And my dearest rival. He was walking towards me. I knew he also saw me. He stopped in front of me. We both fight with our gaze.
"Long time, no see." He spoke up in his deep voice. I chuckled,"Well, I was busy." I titled my head sightly,"You?" He shook his head,"On a vacation." I nodded.
"Let's start a great rivalry, Kyro Alerie." He spoke up. I looked up. My jaw clenched,"Even in my rivalry has a standard, Lauis."
He chuckled menacingly,"Really?" I nodded, he spoke up,"You crossed the river of luck, Kyro. But this is... " He pointed figure at himself,"This is mountain. You crossed the river, but how you cross the mountain."
I smirked,"People don't cross the mountains." I leaned forward,"People cut the mountain." My smirk widened. I walked passed from him, hitting him on his shoulder teasingly. He growled.
After few seconds I turned back to look him. He did the same. There was distance between us. The strong stromy breeze flew. The lightning casting all other the sky and it's beam glowing our skin. The rivalry was palpable.
But I won't fear him. I won't defeat.
