By the fourth day of training, the energy in the room shifted.
At first, the team was cheerful and excited—
But today, tension filled the air. I could feel it.
I activated Emotional Resonance.

Riku: Nervous – Doubtful
Mina: Embarrassed – Afraid to Fail
Tomo: Frustrated – Impatient
I approached them. "Today, we're doing a real order simulation. Pretend I'm a customer, and you'll work as a team."
Three different reactions: Riku looked down, Mina took a deep breath, Tomo gave a quick, sharp nod.
The simulation started.
Within five minutes—it collapsed.
Mina dropped a glass. Riku fumbled with the espresso machine. Tomo raised his voice, trying to take control.
"Riku! You should've steamed already! Mina, focus!"
I stepped in.
"Stop."
They froze.
I spoke calmly, firmly. "The point of this training isn't to be perfect. It's to learn. Falling down is part of the process."
Mina teared up. Riku apologized. Tomo looked down, silent.
I smiled.
"Let's try again. But this time—as a team."
