Billions of light-years away from the planet
Shinobi World, the Otsutsuki ruler Shibai had abandoned his physical body in his own dimension, known as the Ruler's Domain, or the Edge of the Beginning and Ending. His soul had ascended to a state known as total extinction after a series of evolutions spanning millions of years. This final ascension made him the first Otsutsuki to transcend time and space, freeing himself from the cycles of birth and death. Even the dimensions and galaxies he had traditionally colonized, waiting to reap their fruits, no longer served his purpose. In other words, his evolutionary chain had ended forever. All the dimensions Shibai had created with his Dark Acceleration technology were now nothing but ruins, cosmic dust, and wandering nebulae, testaments to those civilizations that had vanished, leaving no trace of them. Would one, two, or perhaps three fruits have been worth all this destruction? Assuming that the life cycle of each sacred tree lasts thousands of years until it finally bears ripe fruit,
Was Shibai's quest for power for a higher purpose ?. Or for a whim he couldn't abandon? Or did the very nature of the being he had become compel him to persist, even if it wasn't worth the effort of repeating and continuing?
Some might see what Shibai was doing as a mere whim or lust, fulfilling a need and making him feel superior among his kind.
But in reality, Shibai's very existence was the greatest burden and one of the most devastating tragedies he ever suffered. He frustrated his clan during the collapse of the Otsutsuki planet, which was in dire need of hope.
Shibai reached a stage in his life where he became selective about the fruits he consumed, as most of them fell short of his expectations. He was forced to move to other parallel dimensions and start over.
It is said that nebulae are the graveyards of the stars and galaxies Shibai left behind. Those places could no longer contain his power and terrifying presence.
After each harvest, he destroyed everything in its wake. He must have realized that any attempt or project not based on proven experiments was doomed to failure. He needed a domain to contain his power and his new form. No matter how far he traveled in the far reaches of this infinite universe, he could not find what he was looking for or anyone to contain his power. He was not searching for someone to be his equal after he had ascended the throne of power, for that would be contradicting himself and implicitly admitting his search for an entity stronger than himself. After the Three Worlds Revolution ended, peace temporarily prevailed, and he became a mere story passed around, with no one ever hearing of a ruler who came after him. When Shibai achieved his current form, the clan's law and their natural appearance became a primitive thing of the past. To him, they were like a child discovering a game and remaining trapped in the first level, searching here and there for a solution to the game's puzzles and mazes, or for someone to provide him with information, without knowing the game's purpose or goal. To the point that he no longer saw himself as belonging to them after reshaping his concepts of power, he wanted to take revenge through this ascension and relive the simple moments of his peaceful childhood before the "Yokubo Rains" incident, his birthplace, when everyone lived under a simple roof and their society reached the highest levels of altruism. This was during an era when the Shibai clan was controlled and manipulated by creatures who had suddenly appeared out of nowhere—or, to be more precise, creatures from the dark history of the universe. These beings wielded absolute power, conquering the universe and then wreaking havoc in the Otsutsuki homeland. These beings came to be known as the White Race
This happened 100 million years ago, an era that had a powerful impact on Shibai's childhood and can be considered the primary reason for his current state. This invading race is a primitive species said to have emerged since the beginning of the universe from an unknown biological origin. They are entirely different from the Otsutsuki clan, and they are the primary reason the Otsutsuki gained their current power. The first appearance of the white race on the planet "Kengen," Shibai's birthplace, was an invasion and a major event that ignited the conflict of the Three Worlds. This was not because the Shibai clan lacked the strength to deter this invading invader, or to determine their fate and confront this fierce enemy, which had become a constant evil among them, wearing several guises. It made no distinction between friend and foe. Shibai belonged to the Otsutsuki clan, like everyone else who had the ambition to evolve and acquire the power to liberate their people from this demonic curse that had altered the character of their clan. He wanted to put an end to this eternal conflict, which everyone had failed to achieve a hundred million years ago. However, their lack of understanding of the nature of this enemy and the force they were facing prevented them from achieving victory. Where and why did they appear on the planet Kengen? And how did it all begin? These are all questions that this story will reveal. These creatures, whom I personally like to call the "White Race," are of unknown origin. Although they lacked combat capabilities, they could inherit them through mental and physical control of living beings—much like the Black Plague that spread in the Middle Ages. However, in this case, because they possess the same characteristics and symptoms, we can call them the White Parasitic Plague. The White Race are very ancient migratory aliens with parasitic properties, particularly shapeshifting and power transfer. They found in the Otsutsuki clan a suitable host to transfer their power. Strangely, they are irrational in their natural form and are not even aware of their parasitic properties. However, they possessed a remarkable ability to communicate with one another, becoming highly intelligent once they laid their hands on the appropriate host or vessel, regardless of its species or gender. The important thing is that they were able to somehow infiltrate the heart of the Otsutsuki clan and use them as vessels. Brothers turned on each other, friends turned on friends, mothers turned on their children, and the blood of the white race mingled with the blood of the Otsutsuki to rule the third worlds. As a result of this parasitic control, they exploited the strife that had broken out within the clan, and the desire for class, division, and submission to a single leader who would emerge from among them was formed among the rest of the clans.
But what the white race didn't take into account was that everything has a weakness, and their weakness, as irrational parasites lacking free will, represented only a primitive life form that had appeared in this universe. Their weakness was the phenomenon of natural selection and adaptation. This was a technique unique to the Otsutsuki clan. It could be argued that the white race's invasion randomly caused changes in the Otsutsuki clan's genome, and these mutations were passed down to future generations. As these techniques were passed down, this process could produce specialized populations in different environmental locations, as happened on the Shinobi World planet during Kaguya's time and her marriage to a human. It could ultimately lead to the emergence of new species, such as the genetic mutation that occurred in Boruto Otsutsuki's body, although the idea of being subservient to someone was not prevalent at the time. Today, under the so-called clan or organization, humans are controlled in many ways, depending on the prevailing ideology or customs within the clan. This control is often either physical or emotional or mental oppression, as it has been impossible to subjugate human beings physically since the dawn of history. If subjugating bodies is impossible, what about subjugating minds?.
Until a truth emerged that shocked everyone: It is said that the idea of mind control first appeared with an Otsutsuki ruler who lived in the distant past and was one of the first to be controlled by the parasitic white race. This was before the era in which Shibai appeared. However, Shibai is the only Otsutsuki who investigated the backgrounds of the rulers who ruled the Three Realms, even though they had no historical record and disappeared under mysterious circumstances. It is worth noting that these rulers used the powers they acquired from the white race haphazardly, unaware of their true essence. They ended up losing their lives due to their own powers, and who knows how much genetic information disappeared with them. This was among the questions Shibai was asking, and it was the first step that led him to ask questions. How did these rulers acquire this power? What is its origin? And what is the reason for our white form, or what is called the natural white appearance? His research then moved on, tracing parallel dimensions and galaxies created by these ancient rulers to gather evidence. He always asked himself this question: How do I restore order after chaos has spread? How do I avoid the mistakes made by my ancient ancestors? How do I make many groups subordinate to a few without much effort?
Without resorting to violence or genocide, since the current war is the result of ancient, unfinished wars. Why shouldn't both groups be subordinate to one person?
Leadership should be in the hands of a leader who doesn't require classical, primitive regulations and laws. Consequently, physical control over humans, while difficult, is not impossible. As long as I am able to manipulate people's minds, memories, emotions, and even ways of thinking, then I will leave them room for creativity and development, then collapse and begin again. But that space will be restricted according to my own terms. Then people will decide, of their own free will, what I want them to decide. In times of hardship, a person's true character is not revealed, nor do the great ones appear. In times of hardship, the great flee before the lowly. In times of despair, it is easy to turn people into a lost flock, seeking help from their shepherd. In times of despair, people believe only what they want to believe.
As a result, the clan inherited controlled ideas—the ideas of leader and follower—and adopted the guise of betrayal and rebellion against one another, choosing to forcibly relinquish power to others in exchange for the illusion of progress.
Because of the parasitic white race, the current clans found themselves passing down, generation after generation, stories and tales that had been repeatedly distorted about select individuals who emerged from their midst and possessed the ability to rewrite history and program minds. Some even possessed the ability to manipulate time. Their power transcended the limits of the human mind, and they became known as the Otsutsuki Rulers.
