With the rise of the sun came the dawn of a new day, and a sound of a buzzing alarm clock fills Mike's bedroom.
Mike who has been asleep suddenly awakens with a cold sweat and a shocked expression on his face, Mike who has recovered memories of his childhood feels like a part of him has been restored but some deeper memories remain sealed.
Mike hears a sleeping sound coming from beside him, as he turns he is enamored by the site of Mio a beautiful young lady with long blueish white hair, sound asleep right next to him,
he sees the towel in her hands and notices she has been taking care of him since he passed out from mental exhaustion, due to a lot of memories flooding into his head all at the same time causing him to have a high fever,
having recovered most of his memories from childhood, especially those of Mio, their closeness, their bond and their promise to each other. He finally recognizes the feeling he's had for a long time as something much more than just friends,
as he stares at Mio his thoughts unravel, "(....what is this feeling?, I've known Mio for a long time and have always felt something for her but didn't know what because of the memories I lost, but now that I have them back I still can't figure out what I actually feel for her, if I say I'm in love with her that wouldn't do it justice, I feel something much more deeper than just love, I want to protect her, be there for her and stay by her side till the end of time, i..is this...what people call finding a... "SOULMATE"??, It's like we're connected some how..., looking at her like this...I feel at peace I don't want anything else but this, she's so cute, I..I want to... ")
Mike, consumed in his thoughts draws his face closer to Mio's slowly, hoping to attempt something quite exilerating,
"u...uh.. M-Mikey?!, wh-what are u doing?! ",
Mio suddenly wakes up and asks this question while blushing heavily,
Mike suddenly comes back to his senses and immediately draws his face away from Mio's and says,
"Ah! n-nothing...there was a fly so....,
"oh! s-so...d-did u get it?" She asks with an embarrassed expression,
"y-yeah I did so d-don't worr... Ah! Oh no! we're gonna be late for school!!",
Mike who suddenly notices the time on the clock and rushes to the bathroom to take a bath, Mio also take's her bath and they both run to school.
AT SCHOOL DURING P. E
Chloe walk's up to Mio and says,
"hey there Mio! Where were u yesterday, we were talking and u suddenly disappeared, I heard u pushed someone, and hurt him so he's in the hospital too, how violent I guess that's what bully's are like huh!", Chloe snorts at her
"I've got nothing to say to u just stay away from Mikey!" Mio quickly replies with a slightly agitated expression,
"oh..! It seems u really want him all to urself huh?!...how about we make a bet, the winner gets to have Mike all to her self, what do u say, are u game or are u a wuss", Chloe says while mocking Mio,
"fine I'll do it just make sure u keep ur word when I win", Mio replies in anger,
"haha! Ur quite confident aren't u?, well the game were gonna be playing is volleyball and the best out of three rounds wins, u up for it?, Chloe says while smirking at Mio,
"fine let's get this over with already ("seriously, what the hell is this girls deal, it's been a long time someone dared to challenge me like this, I'm the captain of the girls sports team for a reason u know, well I guess she thinks she's better than me, I can't wait to give her a humiliating defeat ") Mio thinks to her self as the games begin.
At the sound of the whistle, Chloe gives the first serve and Mio jumps and strikes the ball with extreme force and scores the first point,
Chloe serves the ball again starting the second round and Mio strike's a decisive shot and gets the second point,
Mio smiles and says, "two down one more to go!
"don't get cocky just because I let u grab the first two points cuz from now on I'm gonna get serious", Chloe says with a smirk,
"what are u talking about, ur just bluffi..., *kpou!!!* Chloe serves and scores a point, Mio couldn't even react to the ball,
"(wh-what was that just now, that was too fast, I couldn't even react) as Mio thinks this she quickly serves the ball but Chloe strikes the ball in an insane speed, Mio trys to block it but misses and Chloe scores a second point.
What Mio doesn't know is that Chloe is actually an international volleyball pro who left her country to finish her education in a low profile, Chloe is extremely Athletic and when it comes to sports she's a god, knowing this, Chloe was certain that the outcome of this game was in her favor from the start.
As the two players scores were now even they face the final round, anticipation fills the gymnasium as the other students watch the epic show down between Mio and Chloe. Mio in a daze, afraid of loosing Mike to anyone, she composes her self and serves the ball, Chloe again with an insane speed strikes the ball, "
(she's been holding back all this time wasn't she ...no it can't end like this, I won't let it end like this!!!)" As Mio's thoughts run wild in her extreme rage, she unknowingly activates her ability, crackling sounds are heard as she generates lightning in her hands and propels herself off the ground with a gust of wind and strikes the ball with her lightning filled hands in an unbelievable speed, but the lightning completely destroys the ball causing smoke to fill the gymnasium in an instant.
Mio, realizing what happened rushes to the restroom to get her abilities under control, due to the speed and smoke the students didn't notice what Mio did but Chloe who was right in front of her saw a spark in her hands, and she immediately went after Mio to find out what really happened.
INSIDE THE RESTROOM
Mio who's eyes starts glowing with a blue light and her entire body surrounded with the lightning that she keeps unknowingly generating,
she stares at her appearance in the mirror in front of the hand washing sink, and her thoughts keeps running wild
"(it's not stopping, no matter what I do, I can't seem to calm down...at this rate I might end up destroying the school...")
Mio who is in a state of extreme panic and confusion decides to run to the rooftop of the school to avoid hurting anyone.
"I have to... *huff!* *huff!* get to the roof, before... *huff!* this gets any worse", she says as she run's to the rooftop while breathing heavily completely forgetting about her things.
Chloe who hid behind the door of the restroom saw everything that happened, in a state of shock her thoughts unravel
("what was that just now...I can't believe it...Mio is...s-some kind of witch, I have to tell Mike and everyone to stay away from her, but she's known Mike since they were kids...she must have bewitched him...y-yeah to use him for some kind of sacrifice, I have to calm down and think of a way to save him,..")
As she's restlessly thinking, something catches her eye, it was Mio's bag which had her phone and school uniform inside, she picks up the bag and grabs Mio's phone which didn't have a lock on it and set's up a location tracker on it,
("she was wearing her gym clothes, and while she was in a hurry she forgot to change and left her bag behind, I've installed a tracker on her phone so now I can always follow her and find a way to save Mike") she thinks to herself, but she suddenly realizes, "but how do I return this to her?!"
MEANWHILE
Mike who is inside a cubicle in the boy's restroom checking out his new Abilities.
"system! View Ability List!" He initiates a command to the AI in his head, and it quickly responds,

A screen suddenly pops up in Mike's view, "woah!" He exclaims and starts reading the contents

Mike while looking through the list and the details notices something odd,
("...there's something really odd about this list, the first two unregistered abilities, their "details are quite vague but the registered abilities, it's "details is completely clear and understandable and not to mention the other Notification which say's "Error" how strange...., come to think of it how did I even get these abilities? Well I guess it was probably that strange wave me and Mio experienced, hmm...but I already used my teleportation ability before the wave, I think I even time traveled to that place where we got hit by the wave,...so that means I've had the two abilities before the wave, hmm...then that just leaves this final ability, I'm very sure I didn't feel like I had Telekinesis before I time traveled, which means it was caused by the wave but if the wave grants abilities then that means...Mio!!!)
Mike realizes that Mio might have gotten abilities too and might be having trouble with them, he gets out of the cubicle in a rush to find Mio and suddenly overhears something from a random student,
"woah! Dude shit just went down in the gym just now, there was an epic sports battle between to beauties but just when it was getting good, there was this flash of light and everywhere was filled with smoke,...well anyway it must have been an electricity fuse or something...oh! Yeah!, one of the girls was that 3rd year girl captain, what was her name again...uh Mio right?,
as mike hears this he immediately teleports to the gymnasium without hesitation, he starts looking for Mio near the girl's restroom,
"Mio!..Mio! Where are u?!! Mi..." *SLAM!!* Mike mistakenly slams into someone while looking for Mio,
"ouch!!...huh! Mike why are u in such a hurry?"
Chloe who was knocked down by Mike asks while trying to get up,
"sorry...I gotta find someone!, do u perhaps know where Mio is?" He asks while helping Chloe to stand up,
"...huh?! Mio?...oh! I just saw her running up to the roof a moment ago, if ur going to meet her please help me give her this bag, she took off in a hurry and didn't even take her thi...",
"thank u! sorry! gotta go!" Mike quickly grabs the bag and runs towards the rooftop,
Chloe smile's as if she has accomplished something significant.
AT THE ROOFTOP
Mio who's emotional state isn't stable anymore, is unknowingly causing a mini storm that covers only the school.
As heavy winds blow all over the school and sounds of a raging thunder is heard across the sky.
Mio stands close to the edge of the roof completely afraid and confused,
"...it's all my fault,...if I didn't agree to play that stupid game with Chloe none of this would have happened...and now Mikey and everyone else is in danger all because of me...I should just jump off this roof...yeah, then Mikey will be safe", as she says this tears roll down her cheeks as she attempts to jump off the roof,
"Mio!!! Stop!!!" Someone suddenly shouts at Mio, she quickly turn's to see who it is,
"Mikey?! What are u doing here? Please run away I..I can't control it", she says while panicking,
"Mio I'm not leaving ur side no matter what, I made a promise and I intend to keep it!", as Mike says this with pure conviction and a serious expression, Mio is shocked,
"y-you remembered?!!" She asks with a surprised expression,
"yeah...I finally did, so come on take my hands and let's go home together", he replies and stretches out his hands to grab Mio's and Mio reaches out to grab Mike's hand's,
"Aaahhh!!!" a sudden wind from the slightly calmed storm blows Mio off the roof and she seems to be falling,
"Mio!!!" Mike yells as he rushes towards the edge of the roof,
"umm...Mikey I think...I can kinda fly b-but I don't know how long I can keep this up so please hurry up and help me!", says Mio who manages to use her wind ability to keep her self in the air,
"just hang on I'm coming!" Mike Immediately freezes time and uses his telekinetic ability to manipulate his body allowing him to fly and grab Mio's hands and suddenly Mio unfreezes while time is still frozen,
"Mikey?!...how did u get here so fast?...wait why is everything frozen in place and how are u flying? Is this perhaps ur ability?" Mio asks with curiosity and a surprised expression,
"...uh! Please ask one question at a time, but yes this is because of my ability it seems I can bring people into the frozen time by touching them...but this is not where to discuss this, let's get out of here first", he says while pulling Mio closer to him,
"huh?!...how are we supposed to get home like this?!" She asks in a shy tone,
"hold on tight!" he says and immediately teleports and time unfreezes.
