Tang Xilong looked at the Zichao who was smiling at him "Why do you have no feet and look transparent like a ghost?"
The Zichao replied " You haven't named me yet so my existence hasn't been included "
Tang Xilong nodded with an "oh" "Okay time for your naming... I'll name your human form last. So for your first form, let's see, How about Xuxu?"
The Zichao nodded
Tang Xilong was happy then named the second form Nana and the third form Qiqi "Now for your human name.. I'll give you my surname so you'll become Tang Xie'er?"
The Zichao nodded "I love this name, Young master"
Then the Zichao underwent a transformation, his hair changed to jet black, his eyes became silver and he had the signature scales on his neck but same size with Tang Xilong's scales then his bare feet appeared and he stood on solid ground
Tang Xilong was puzzled as to why Tang Xie'er also had scales and thought of a possible reason "Xie'er, is it because I am a devil cultivator that you took the human form of a devil cultivator?"
Tang Xie'er nodded "Yes, Young master"
Tang Xilong then thought of a problem but just said "You're a devil cultivator but you don't have any devil energy so I'll protect you if anyone tried to attack you in your human form since it's the weakest"
Tang Xie'er smiled "Thank you, Young master"
Tang Xilong waved his hand "Nah, call me Xi Gege, sounds much better since you're my younger brother"
Tang Xie'er obliged "Yes, Xi Gege"

Tang Xie'er said "You can ask the system for the closest Qing token in the area"
Tang Xilong asked "System, you can do that?"

Tang Xilong held Tang Xie'er's hand and Tang Xie'er was shocked then his cheeks became hot and red 'What's wrong with me? My face feels hot and my heart is jumpy.. ehnnn looks like my human form is real, I can even get sick'
Tang Xilong looked outside and confirmed the situation "Okay so to be able to get out, we can't fly so we have to climb up. Xie'er, get on my back"
Tang Xie'er agreed and got onto his back then Tang Xilong held him with one hand "Hold me tight, am gonna start climbing now"
Tang Xie'er then spoke up "But Xi Gege, won't this be tiring for you. Let Xie'er carry you and climb instead"
Tang Xilong shook his head "I'll just treat it as testing my new abilities, now don't talk until I ask you to, okay?"
Tang Xie'er nodded
Hours later, Tang Xilong finally climbed out of the canyon with Tang Xie'er on his back and laid down flat on the ground exhausted "Okay, Xie'er get off my back now, you can start talking also"
Tang Xie'er got off his back and sat down then propped Tang Xilong's head on his lap "Xi Gege, just rest till the end of exam. Xie'er can just follow by your side as a weapon since it is what I originally am"
Tang Xilong shook his head "No, we're getting a token after I get some rest. System, where is the nearest Qing token, I want a Qing not a Wong"
*{System: Luckily for you, there is a team fighting against a beast horde and they have four tokens, one is a Wong which is already on the floor while three is in the group's possession. If you could save them, they should give you one and if they don't just kill them since there's only four of them left anyways}
Tang Xilong asked "How many beasts are left still attacking?"
*{System: It's a horde of course they're many, what kind of question is that but to be exact, they shouldn't be up to a hundred anymore, those guys really put up a fight}
Tang Xilong stood up "Okay give me the coordinates and let's go, Xie'er"
Tang Xie'er followed suit while worrying about Tang Xilong
The group of four were holding out only because one of them had set up a water barrier which was fending off the attacks of the remaining beasts then another one of them spoke "Ying Tingting, just run. Take the Qing tokens and run! This barrier won't last long and your internal energy will soon run out"
Ying Tingting shaked her head "No, Qianyu, like you said, we're acquaintances and that also means friends. I don't leave my friends to run away for my own life"
Xia Qianyu sighed and looked at the other two who were seriously injured then at his almost severed arm "We're useless now even if we survive. Just go!"
Ying Tingting shouted "Shut up. I'm staying and that's it! Who cares if I die!"
Then a voice came from above them "Oh wow, looks like you guys are in a heck of a trouble here, need some help?"
Xia Qianyu, Ying Tingting and the other two looked up to see a guy with a shoal covering his whole head and a transparent cloth over his eyes

Tang Xilong shrugged 'I just don't want no trouble, what if while I am helping these guys and another group comes over who could probably be their enemies attacks and I get out alive, they'll come after me for no reason if we meet in the future just because I helped this ones. I must always be cautious'
Xia Qianyu looked at the person who was in the tree and said "Please, kind sir, help us. I'll do anything just please help us"
Tang Xilong nodded "So will you give me one Qing token if I save your lives?"
Xia Qianyu nodded immediately while Ying Tingting didn't bother with the two cause the barrier was cracking
Tang Xilong snapped his fingers "Hehe, that's the spirit! I'll help you guys if you throw one Qing token over. I swear to be struck by lightning if I don't help you guys kill all these beasts after collecting the Qing token"
Before Ying Tingting could speak, Xia Qianyu already threw a Qing token to Tang Xilong that both Ying Tingting and Tang Xilong were surprised
Tang Xilong raised an eyebrow as he poured energy into it "Guy, aren't you too trusting?"
Xia Qianyu said boldly "I trust you cause you are trustworthy now help us!"'
Once Tang Xilong saw that it was Qing, he threw it into the inventory before it glowed too much
Tang Xilong pulled out his hand and said "Xuxu!" then he jumped down with the hammer and hit the ground right in front of the beasts. The water barrier behind him cracked a bit and almost got destroyed while the ones who got the real brunt of the attack were the beast which had reduced to half of their previous number
It surprised Tang Xilong himself talk less of the ones behind staring at the effect of one single hit then he laughed and held the hammer up "Rampage time!!"
Tang Xilong went up to the beasts and started smashing them into bits. It didn't even take up to a minute and the whole place was flattened
Tang Xilong held the hammer and cleaned it while walking towards the squad "Xuxu, are you alright, hope that wasn't too gory for you?"
The hammer hummed and Tang Xilong nodded "That's good, It's good you're alright"
Tang Xilong then looked at the squad and before they could speak, he disappeared into thin air or more like he ran away so fast that they thought he disappeared
Mortal cultivators are strong and durable, they are known for body strength. Immortals aren't really strong or fast but their spiritual energy makes up for that. Beastkins are strong or fast according to their beast strengths. Devilkins are known to be fast like very fast.
Ying Tingting was stumped and Xia Qianyu finally regained his senses "That guy was either a beastkin or Devilkin but he didn't have a tail so am not sure"
Ying Tingting said while helping the other two up "Who cares what he is? We're going to the same sect so we'll find out there"
Xia Qianyu nodded in agreement
After Tang Xilong got far away from them, he called out "Xie'er"
Tang Xie'er appeared in mid air in front of him and Tang Xilong immediately searched his body. Tang Xie'er was confused by his actions and asked "W-what's wrong, Xi Gege.. why are you searching me like this..?"
Tang Xilong stopped searching and touched his head "I have never had a sibling before so I wanna take extra care of you. I might even treat you better than whoever loves me"
Tang Xie'er was puzzled "Ehnn, Xi Gege, what is love?"
Tang Xilong coughed "Errm.. Love is a special feeling you have for someone who is close to you."
Tang Xie'er nodded "Then I love you, Xi Gege, you make me feel special"
Tang Xilong rubbed his head and smiled "Same here, Xie'er. Now let's go to the entrance of the forest to wait out till tomorrow, we must also try our best to avoid contact with anyone so it's through the treetops"
Dawn came and everyone who went in came back out well most of them.
Shi Weiqin got enough beast cores for two people but Bu Luzai couldn't even get one Qing token and got a Wong token instead so he just went for the Creation Sect reluctantly
Xia Qianyu and Ying Tingting successfully turned in their tokens and smoothly got a spot in All The Way Sect
Hong Wuyi got into Creation Sect by snatching a beast core from one of those who followed him so he could get enough
Tang Xilong and Tang Xie'er had to come out of hiding also because they were out in the open, he couldn't wear his shoal cause it would be embarrassing if the elders got offended and didn't let him Jin the sect cause they thought he was suspicious
As Tang Xilong and Tang Xie'er jumped down from a tree to hand in their tokens, the ground started shaking then a beast rose up from underneath the water
Yin Yunyang got ready to fight as Wen Fang said "What's a Hummerback Fury Whale doing here?"
Gong Pangui turned to stare at the students "Did any of you go into the grand canyon!?"
Yin Yunyang rolled her eyes "If anyone did go there, would they be alive to be here right now?"
Gong Pangui replied "Then how do you explain the fact that a Hummerback Fury Whale only comes out when their treasure is taken and it is known that there is only one Hummerback here and it is also guarding a treasure which is in the grand canyon on this island"
Wen Fang spoke up "Look, I say we just kill it and our problems are solved"
Yin Yunyang nodded "Yeah, brainstorming over some treasure won't help us defeat this thing"
Gong Pangui moved his focus from the candidates and back on the whale "This whale should be in the fifth level but as for which stage, I have no idea but we are all in seventh cultivation level so we can take that thing down for sure"
While the elders were busy battling the whale, Tang Xilong and Tang Xie'er sneaked back onto the tree then he asked "Xi Gege, why are we hiding again?"
Tang Xilong held his mouth and said "Shh, you might be the treasure the whale's after but if the whale goes out of control and attacks this way, it's gonna attack us and the elders are gonna know I took you then we wouldn't be able to join any sect and I would be killed by the whale and the whale will take you back so do you want that?"
Tang Xie'er widened his eyes and shook his head furiously
Tang Xilong released him "Good boy now let's stay quiet till the coast is clear"
Tang Xie'er held Tang Xilong's arm tightly out of fear
Tang Xilong didn't even feel that much strength from the grip as Tang Xie'er's human form was truly weak
Just as Wen Fang was about to deliver the final strike, the whale suddenly bolted back into the water
Gong Pangui wanted to go after it but Yin Yunyang stopped him by saying "What? You want to go after it? For what? It's beast core? Have you forgotten that we have to take our students back to the sect respectively??"
Wen Fang nodded while looking at the students who were chatting amongst themselves "Yes, we have to get them back to the sect before it comes back"
Gong Pangui sighed "Fine but I and my sect's students will stay back to watch over those who failed in case the whale came back before the ships do and I'll send a message to my sect to send another elder to take the students to the sect as soon as possible"
Yin Yunyang shrugged "Do whatever you want, old man. It's your pick"
Wen Fang patted Gong Pangui's shoulder "You do go out of your way too much sometimes"
Yin Yunyang and Wen Fang came back to the candidates while Wen Fang took all devilkins who wanted to join Bane sect with him. Yin Yunyang was busy ascertaining those who had gotten the Qing tokens
Seeing Yin Yunyang come down, Tang Xilong immediately pulled Tang Xie'er and rushed towards her cause he too was worried the whale would come back
But as the duo reached her, they saw another duo Tang Xilong was very familiar and he whispered in shock "These two girls again?! Wait wait why are they.. oh no they're joining all the way sect too?, Damnit but anyhow I don't think they'd recognize either way so let me just ignore"
Tang Xie'er was puzzled after giving his token to Yin Yunyang "Xi Gege, why do you seem so absent minded?"
Tang Xilong replied "Huh? Oh nothing, just about some things, nothing important"
Yin Yunyang went up to Gong Pangui "I have gotten my one thousand candidates so I will be off now, be careful old man"
Gong Pangui nodded "You too, old woman"
Yin Yunyang rolled her eyes "Am not that old okay boys and girls who have joined All The Way Sect, time for us to go home"
Then a Sonic Cry Condor swooped in from the skies and landed with a boom in front of the candidates
One of them said with "That's a Sonic Cry Condor, it looks freaking strong"
Another one said "This bird must be Elder Yin's tamed beast. Oh wow I wish I could tame a few beasts like this"
Then someone said "What wishful thinking, you should know that one can't tame a beast until they are at least a third level peak stage in their cultivation and that is only for spiritual cultivators while as for you mortal cultivators, it's until sixth level peak stage that you guys can tame a beast and also only specially gifted ones can actually tame beasts but there are other professions too if you can't tame beasts"
The first person spoke up again "But it is widely known that Creation Sect has six professions while the other two sects only have five professions"
The candidates kept on talking as they got onto the condor and it took off to the All The Way Sect
Then another said "And the royals who come to the all the way sect have all been tested for the sixth profession but failed so they came here to know more about all realm dwellers or whatever stuff like that"
Someone said "They're just here to be snobby, it's said cause the royals lived in big castles and were served all their lives, they became snobby brats who can't do a thing when they go into a sect cause they can't bring their servants along no matter what"
Then someone scoffed "Heh, serves them right"
Tang Xilong and Tang Xie'er isolated themselves from the group who were discussing and sat closer to the Yin Yunyang then Tang Xilong asked "Elder Yin, may I please ask you something?"
Yin Yunyang nodded "Go on, boy"
Tang Xilong whispered "Have we met before?"
