Chapter 9 - Storm Over Amazon Lily: The Battle of Chaos

The sun beamed gently over the clouds, casting a golden glow across the ocean. On the deck of the Voidreign, the air was relaxed—too relaxed, for Jessie's taste.

Uta, sitting by the railing, tuned her guitar absentmindedly, humming a soft melody that floated like wind across the waves. Kuina, on the other side of the ship, was practicing her footwork with surgical precision. Vash lay on his back, one leg crossed over the other, staring at the sky with his signature goofy grin.

Jessie stepped out of the captain's quarters with a sly smile on his face.

"Alright, crew!" he declared. "It's time we stir up a little chaos."

Uta turned to him, eyebrows raised. "Where are we going?"

Jessie cracked his knuckles, excitement flaring in his eyes. "Amazon Lily."

Uta tilted her head, confused. "Wait, isn't that the island where men aren't allowed? What exactly do you mean by 'stirring up chaos'?"

Jessie gave a wild laugh. "Exactly what it sounds like. We're heading to the land of the most beautiful women in the world—home of the Kuja tribe, and once ruled by the former Shichibukai, Boa Hancock!"

Kuina nearly dropped her sword. "Wait, *Boa Hancock*? The Pirate Empress?"

"Yep," Jessie replied, grinning. "But it's not a vacation. Word on the sea says Marines are attacking the island. I think it's time we drop in, say hello… and mess up some annoying people."

"Why do I get the feeling you just want to fight someone?" Uta muttered.

Jessie threw a fist in the air and yelled, "YOOOOWWW! Let's go raise some hell!"

The rest of the crew exchanged glances before shrugging and joining in his energetic cry.

Meanwhile… At Amazon Lily

The sky above Amazon Lily had turned dark—smoke and flames rising from the island's eastern shores. Explosions shook the ground as Marine warships launched cannon fire toward the jungle-cloaked fortress of the Kuja tribe.

Inside the central battlefield, the Kuja warriors, fierce and proud, retaliated with Haki-infused arrows and devastating martial arts. Their leader, Elder Gloriosa, stood on the ramparts shouting commands while the younger warriors fought with all their might.

"Push them back! Don't let them reach the city!"

Among the invading forces was Captain Coby, his face full of conflict. He wasn't here out of malice. Orders were orders.

"Requesting backup!" Coby called into his Den Den Mushi. "The Kuja are stronger than anticipated. Begin deployment of the Seraphim!"

On the horizon, a massive steel airship hovered. From its underbelly, several pods were released, crashing into the island like comets. When the dust settled, the Seraphim emerged.

Tall, emotionless, and terrifying.

And leading them—Seraphim Mihawk

The modified clone of the world's greatest swordsman stepped forward, eyes glowing crimson. In his hand was a black blade, smaller than the original Yoru, but no less lethal.

"Target locked," it said coldly.

Within seconds, Seraphim Mihawk disappeared—vanishing in a blur of speed. The Kuja warriors screamed as a shockwave split the battlefield. Trees were cleaved in half, the earth sliced clean down the middle. One entire squad was incapacitated before they could react.

Coby gritted his teeth. "This… this is too much…"

But the chaos was only beginning.

On the western shore, the waters churned and bubbled unnaturally. Then, bursting through the surface, came a massive black ship, adorned with skulls and crimson sails.

"Zehahahaha!" a deep, booming voice laughed. "Looks like the Marines are already softening them up for me!"

It was Marshall D. Teach—Blackbeard—and his crew had arrived.

On the deck beside him stood Black Beard Jesus Burgess, Van Augur, Katarina Devon , Vasco Shot all poised for battle.

Blackbeard grinned, licking his lips. "Time to claim me a new territory… and maybe a new fruit while we're at it."

They stormed the beach, wiping out the nearest Marine unit with ease. Explosions rocked the coast as Blackbeard used his Yami Yami no Mi, creating an enormous vortex of darkness that swallowed cannons, weapons, and soldiers alike.

But as he marched toward the heart of Amazon Lily, a new figure appeared before him—Seraphim Mihawk,

"Oi oi…" Blackbeard muttered, eyes narrowing. "You're not the real Mihawk, but you've got that same bloodlust…muttered himself pacifist"

Before he could finish, Seraphim Mihawk dashed forward, swinging his blade faster than Blackbeard could react. Blackbeard raised his arm, absorbing the strike into his dark vortex.

"You think that's enough to stop me? Zehahaha!"

He countered with a powerful Black Hole attack, aiming to pull the Seraphim into his darkness. But unlike normal opponents, the Seraphim didn't panic—they simply adjusted..

"Tch… these toys are too well made," he growled.

Then… something shifted in the air.

A golden portal opened above the battlefield. Petals scattered into the wind.

A calm voice echoed, silencing the war cries.

"You've trespassed far enough."

From the shimmering gateway stepped Boa Hancock, her expression unreadable. Her beauty was otherworldly, her posture regal. Her Love-Love Fruit aura radiated outward, instantly petrifying a squad of Marines who looked at her the wrong way.

Blackbeard scowled. "So the queen finally shows up."

Hancock raised her chin. "This is my island. You will leave now… or be turned to stone."
