Chapter 17 - 17- The Temptation of Big Sister, Telekinesis

"Amora, you're here!"

As Amora approached, Aaron interrupted his meditation and opened his eyes to look at the legendary Enchantress.

A green dress, long wavy golden hair, a slender figure, and seductive red lips—all showcased her beauty.

Coupled with her exceptional mastery of psychic charm magic, it was no wonder almost no one of the opposite sex could escape her control.

Amora gently stroked her curly hair and spoke in a somewhat instructive tone, "Little genius, I'm a teacher of psychic magic at the academy. As a former student of Erin, calling a teacher by her first name isn't something students should do. Didn't your teacher Erin tell you?"

"But, since you're a handsome little genius, I'll allow you to call me Teacher Amora."

"Tell me, am I good to you? Much better than Erin, right?"

"She's a famous old fossil at the academy."

"Not like your Teacher Amora, who's beautiful and easy to get along with."

Amora continued to approach, her watery eyes locking onto Aaron's.

But to Aaron's surprise, Amora didn't activate her charm magic.

Still, he didn't let his guard down.

After a brief moment of thought, he calmly said, "Teacher Erin gave me three magic spells."

Hearing this, a trace of astonishment flashed in Amora's eyes.

What did that mean?

Was he saying Erin gave him three spells, so she was better than Amora?

Was this how a magic genius thought?

Couldn't he see the delicate beauty standing right in front of him?

Was he that indifferent?

A beautiful, friendly, and voluptuous big sister—and no reaction at all?

Amora's soft smile stiffened slightly, but she wasn't some naive girl. With a smile as radiant as a flower, she said gently, "She only taught you three spells? I heard she also gave you a magic book to study on your own?"

Shaking her head with a hint of mock surprise, she seemed to disdain Erin's actions and defended Aaron, saying, "Erin's as petty as ever! She must be worried you'll surpass her in magic, so she's holding back."

"If it were me, your big sister, after seeing your magic talent, I'd give you everything!"

Seeing Aaron remain unmoved, Amora realized this was someone who wouldn't budge without something tangible.

If she didn't offer some bait, she wouldn't sway him.

Amora really wanted to use her psychic charm magic to convince him to leave with her right then and there.

But considering Erin was likely nearby and watching, she suppressed the urge.

Erin wasn't the problem—she was a master of illusion, and defeating her wouldn't be easy.

If it drew the attention of other teachers, or even Frigga and Odin, things would get troublesome.

She didn't want to end up like her sister, locked in a lonely dungeon.

So, Amora decided to rely on her natural charm to lure Aaron instead.

As long as she could get Aaron to side with her and distance himself from Erin, she'd have plenty of ways to make him obedient.

In her mind, how could a young man who'd just come of age resist the temptation of a big sister?

It'd be a piece of cake.

Yet, at this moment, Amora found it a bit tricky.

This magic genius didn't seem so easy to win over.

Aaron had no idea what Amora was thinking.

Seeing that Amora didn't use her psychic charm, he couldn't test the defensive strength of the Mind Barrier Magic he'd just upgraded to LV3, which left him a bit disappointed.

But on second thought, it might be better to figure out how to extract some magic from Amora.

Ideally, psychic-related magic.

Maybe he could master the power of the mind in the future.

After all, among the six Infinity Stones, there was one named after the mind.

The power of the mind was a highly potent conceptual ability.

As for whether he could pull it off,

Aaron glanced at Amora and felt 80% confident.

He didn't know the exact conflict between Amora and Erin, but judging by how Amora kept belittling Erin, as long as he could exploit their rivalry, he'd surely get plenty of benefits.

Maybe he could even drain Amora dry of everything she had to offer.

Amora had no idea that Aaron, despite the apparent "disparity in strength" between them, dared to scheme against her.

Right now, she just wanted to win Aaron over.

On one hand, she had her own plans.

On the other, she wanted to see Erin cry.

Truth be told, she'd long been annoyed by Erin's hostility toward her.

If she could steal the disciple Erin valued most, it'd be oh-so-satisfying.

With that in mind, Amora didn't hesitate any longer and switched to teacher mode. "Isn't it just magic? Your big sister knows tons of it!"

"Today, I'll teach you a new magic—one even Erin doesn't know: telekinesis!"

"It's a derivative of psychic magic. At its most basic, it lets you control objects to fly freely."

"Once you master it, you can transform magic into a tangible, invisible force—lifting objects from a distance, catching people off guard, and even flying."

As she spoke, Amora opened her hands, and an invisible force lifted her into the air. Her long skirt floated slightly with the unseen power.

Flying? More like floating, Aaron thought to himself.

Clearly, the telekinesis Amora displayed couldn't achieve the "flying" she claimed—at most, it was floating.

Loki had used these tricks too.

During battle, he'd floated briefly. Aside from looking cool, it didn't seem to serve much purpose.

More often, he used telekinesis to control daggers—his signature move and one of his most common techniques.

As for power…

Well, it wasn't much to write home about.

Beyond looking stylish, it didn't do much.

Overall, this ability was pretty underwhelming.

But that underwhelming nature applied to Loki and Amora.

In Aaron's hands, telekinesis wouldn't just be floating or juggling a couple of daggers to show off.
