Chapter 1 - Entry into the world

Kevin had always loved the dusty chaos of Retro Realm, the little game store tucked between a laundromat and a pawn shop.

The shelves towered over him, stuffed with faded cartridge cases and scratched-up discs, a treasure trove for a guy who'd rather spend his Saturday hunting for obscure titles than doing anything remotely productive.

Today, though, the air felt heavier—electric, almost—like a storm was brewing indoors.

He brushed it off, crouching to scan the bottom shelf.

His fingers grazed a garish pink case: Lilith's Academy: Yuri Nights.

The cover featured a girl with long, flowing chestnut colored hair, her wrists bound in silky ribbons, a coy smirk on her lips as another girl loomed behind her, whip in hand.

"Who even buys this crap?" Kevin snorted, his voice echoing in the empty store.

He stood up, game in hand, ready to toss it back—when the ground lurched beneath him.

A low rumble turned into a deafening roar.

Earthquake.

Before he could duck, the bookshelf wobbled, then crashed down, burying him in an avalanche of plastic and cardboard.

Pain flared, then—

Blank.

When his eyes fluttered open, the world was soft.

Too soft.

He was sprawled across a plush bed, the kind that swallowed you whole, covered in a sky-blue duvet that shimmered faintly in the dim light.

His head throbbed, but he was alive.

Relief washed over him—until he shifted and felt… wrong.

His arms felt frail, his legs delicate, and there was a strange weight pressing against his chest.

Hesitant, he reached up.

His hands met two soft, warm mounds—unmistakably breasts.

"What the—" His scream ripped through the silence, but it wasn't his scream.

It was high-pitched, girlish, a sound that made his stomach flip.

Heart pounding, he scrambled off the bed and stumbled toward a full-length mirror leaning against the wall.

The sight stole his breath.

Staring back wasn't Kevin—lanky, scruffy Kevin with his mop of brown hair and perpetual hoodie.

No, this was… a girl. Her skin was porcelain-smooth, her figure petite yet curved in all the places that made his face burn.

She—he?—wore a slinky nightgown, a daring blend of deep purple and jet black.

The fabric clung like a second skin, sheer lace tracing the edges of her collarbone and dipping low to tease the swell of her new chest.

It flared out at the hips, barely brushing the tops of her thighs, where matching panties peeked out—soft satin, edged with a delicate ruffle, hugging her in a way that felt both foreign and embarrassingly intimate.

Her hair cascaded past her shoulders, a glossy chestnut that framed wide, startled eyes.

Kevin's mind reeled.

This wasn't him. Or… was it?

A memory flickered, sharp and mocking.

That game—Lilith's Academy. The girl on the cover had looked just like this: Kaori, the main character, a hapless beauty thrown into a Yuri wonderland of domination and desire.

He'd laughed at it, called it ridiculous, and then the shelf had collapsed.

Not a coincidence. Karma, maybe—or something weirder.

He pressed his hands—her hands?—to his face, trying to steady his breathing.

If he was Kaori now, this should be her room.

In the game, it was bubblegum-pink and white, all frills and innocence masking the chaos she'd face.

But this room was different.

The walls were a stark, clinical white, the blue bed an odd contrast.

A single window let in slivers of pale light, but the curtains were drawn tight. Where was he?

Before he could piece it together, the door swung open with a bang.

Kevin yelped, spinning around as a girl strode in, her presence filling the room like a sudden gust of wind.

She was tall, athletic, her skin glistening with sweat that traced the lines of her toned arms.

Her jogging outfit was a sleek, form-fitting ensemble: a cropped black tank top that bared a sliver of her midriff, paired with tight leggings that hugged every curve from her hips to her calves, a gradient of charcoal fading into deep crimson.

Her blonde hair was pulled into a messy ponytail, strands sticking to her flushed cheeks, and her sharp green eyes locked onto Kevin—Kaori?—with an intensity that made his knees wobble.

"Well, well," she said, her voice low and teasing, a smirk tugging at her lips. "Looks like the princess finally woke up."

Kevin's mouth went dry.

He had no idea who she was—or where he was—but one thing was clear: he'd just stumbled into something way over his head.
