Chapter 6 - CHAPTER 6:Naruto Knocks on the Window and Brings the Book of Seals!

Ninja Apartments.

Kitahara Hitoshi opened his eyes.

At that moment, the entire world around him seemed to have changed.

His eyesight had always been sharp, both before and after transmigrating, but now his vision was morbidly clear—unnaturally so.

It felt almost surreal.

He raised his head and looked forward. But now, every scene around him—up, down, left, right, front, and back—was etched vividly into his mind.

It was like standing inside some sort of hyper-advanced holographic projection.

Oddly, a mosquito flew past, flapping its wings at high speed. Yet, to Kitahara Hitoshi's eyes, it moved in slow motion.

Which meant...

It wasn't his perception that had changed. It was his eyes.

"…" Kitahara Hitoshi fell silent.

He quickly turned to his right, where a tall floor-to-ceiling mirror reflected his figure. It captured his face—and most strikingly—his eyes.

Purple pupils, surrounded by concentric circles, radiated mystery and immense power.

"Rinnegan," Kitahara Hitoshi murmured.

"But why?"

Could this be some sort of transmigrator's benefit?

At that moment...

The ninja rabbit lying on the table stood up abruptly.

Its clear eyes locked onto Kitahara Hitoshi's reflection in the mirror. It seemed stunned.

It probably never expected that Kitahara Hitoshi would evolve his eyes through ordinary vision, then Sharingan, Mangekyō, and finally the Rinnegan—all in just a few seconds.

Children and Grandchildren? Chat Group

Senju Hashirama: Why do I feel something's not right with that rabbit?

Namikaze Minato: Hmm… it definitely looks surprised.

Namikaze Minato: Also, wasn't it this rabbit that bit Kitahara Hitoshi in the first place?

Senju Tobirama: Yeah, I remember that scene too.

Senju Tobirama: At first, I was just thinking how delicate that rabbit looked… wait, something is wrong with it.

Senju Hashirama: What do you mean?

Senju Hashirama: Are you saying this rabbit has some kind of dōjutsu?

Senju Hashirama: Wait—!

Hashirama suddenly shouted.

Senju Hashirama: Tobirama, Minato, look closely! That rabbit… it has white eyes!

Namikaze Minato: …

Namikaze Minato: As far as I know, only one clan possesses pure white eyes.

Namikaze Minato: The Hyuga clan.

Namikaze Minato: So now I'm confused… do rabbits have Hyuga lineage?

Senju Hashirama: Yeah, that's definitely odd.

[Beep!]

A notification suddenly popped up in the center of the chat.

Congratulations to Senju Hashirama for acquiring a new title – "Big Pillar Airhead"

You can apply your new title now. @Senju Hashirama

Senju Hashirama: …

Big Pillar Airhead: What?! What kind of title is this? I don't want it!

Senju Tobirama: Brother, please calm down. I think the title suits you perfectly.

Big Pillar Airhead: Huh?! Tobirama! Sure, I was a little lax when I was Hokage, but is this how you see your big brother?

Senju Tobirama: …

Senju Tobirama: Well… yeah. At the first Five Kage Summit, you literally handed out the tailed beasts.

Senju Tobirama: And for free.

Senju Tobirama: If I hadn't demanded compensation for them, it would've been an even bigger disaster.

Senju Tobirama: After you passed, those tailed beasts were used by other villages as weapons—and they caused no end of trouble for Konoha.

Senju Tobirama: If not for the invention of my Tandem Paper Bombs, the village might not have survived.

Big Pillar Airhead: So… I was betrayed by the other four Kage?

Senju Tobirama: Exactly. Which is why you absolutely earned that title.

Senju Tobirama: And don't forget—I had to work on perfecting Wood Style to suppress the Nine Tails during my tenure.

Senju Tobirama: Not everyone is as stubborn as you, able to subdue the Nine Tails just by standing there.

Namikaze Minato: Actually… speaking of the Nine Tails, I died sealing it.

Big Pillar Airhead: No way! That thing actually kills people?

Namikaze Minato: Uh… First Hokage, you really are on another level.

Minato offered the compliment sincerely.

Tobirama, on the other hand, placed a hand to his forehead.

Senju Tobirama: Wait a minute… now that you've brought this up, I suddenly have a really bad feeling.

Senju Tobirama: I left the village in Sarutobi Hiruzen's hands. That should be… fine, right?

Tobirama used the word should, indicating he wasn't confident.

Minato noticed.

But he simply shook his head.

Namikaze Minato: Nidaime, the Third Hokage was a fairly dependable leader.

Namikaze Minato: It was his recommendation that helped me become the Fourth Hokage.

Namikaze Minato: He was also a fine teacher—he mentored Tsunade, Orochimaru, and Jiraiya.

Namikaze Minato: And I was Jiraiya-sensei's student.

Namikaze Minato: Kakashi, who appeared earlier, was my student.

Senju Tobirama: Oh, so the Will of Fire is being passed on?

Senju Tobirama: Tsunade is still around too.

Senju Tobirama: That's reassuring.

Tobirama finally seemed at ease.

At that moment, Kitahara Hitoshi turned his attention to the rabbit he was holding.

"Could it be that these Rinnegan eyes of mine… came from your bite?"

Kitahara Hitoshi muttered.

It wasn't an absurd theory.

Three years ago, the darker side of Hinata's personality began to surface.

And three years ago was also when he picked up the ninja rabbit.

He remembered Hinata being present at the time. She had been bitten by the white rabbit, after which she fell ill with a high fever for three days.

When she recovered, she was visibly changed—more cold, more intense. A stark contrast from her usual self.

He'd thought it odd at the time, but now… it seemed too coincidental.

Could it be that this rabbit had something to do with his eyes as well?

Perhaps…

---

Boom!

Suddenly, a sharp knock echoed from the apartment's window.

Someone was knocking—hard.

Bang bang bang.

Namikaze Minato: Knocking on a window? What happened to using the front door? That's just bad manners.

Senju Tobirama: I agree. Then again… I don't like using front doors either.

Namikaze Minato: What?

Senju Tobirama: What?

Everyone watched as Kitahara Hitoshi lifted his left hand, pressed his palm to his eye socket, and instantly deactivated the Rinnegan, returning his eyes to their usual golden hue.

He opened the window.

A figure tumbled inside with a thud.

As soon as the figure hit the ground, it popped back up like a fish leaping from water.

"Hey!"

The person looked excited. "Kitahara-kun!"

It was Naruto.

He hoisted a massive red scroll off his back—the Sealed Book of Forbidden Jutsu—almost as tall as himself.

Then, with a dramatic slam, he laid it down on the floor.

"I stole the Scroll of Seals! Let's defect from Konoha together!"
