Tatsuo retreated to his private chambers, seeking a moment of respite after the intense meeting. As he settled into his room, the familiar chime of the System resonated, breaking the silence. It had been months since he last received a notification.

Tatsuo was genuinely surprised to discover the existence of an Elven Town so close to his domain. The revelation sparked his curiosity, but he decided to prioritize the development of his own territory for the time being. The elves and their town would have to wait.

His attention then shifted to the Mountain Plate Armor that had materialized before him. He examined it closely, admiring its craftsmanship and the power it exuded. However, he realized that it wasn't his style. The heavy, full plate armor didn't suit his preferred fighting style, which favored agility and speed.

An idea formed in his mind. He called for Ragnar Sternguard.

The massive Half-Giant entered Tatsuo's chambers, his presence filling the room. Tatsuo gestured towards the armor.

"Ragnar," Tatsuo said, "this armor is a reward I received, but it's not quite my style. I believe it would be put to better use by someone of your stature and strength. I would like you to have it."

Ragnar's eyes widened as he took in the magnificent armor. He approached it cautiously, his large hands tracing its intricate details.

"Your Highness," Ragnar said, his voice filled with awe, "this is...this is incredible. Are you sure?"

Tatsuo smiled. "I am certain, Ragnar. It is a gift. Wear it with pride and let it protect you well."

Ragnar's face broke into a wide grin. "Your Highness," he exclaimed, his voice booming with gratitude, "thank you! I will wear it with honor, and it will protect me well!"

He bowed deeply, his gratitude overflowing. The Mountain Plate Armor, a symbol of strength and resilience, had found its rightful owner.

Tatsuo, exhausted from the day's events, lay down on his bed and allowed himself a well-deserved rest. Five months passed, a period of remarkable growth and prosperity for his domain.

The economy flourished, driven by the thriving trade routes established by Countess Seraphina and Master Eldrin. The defenses of Dragonsden City grew stronger, fortified by the skilled engineers and builders under Master Kaelen's direction. Tatsuo's soldiers continued their rigorous training, becoming a formidable fighting force.

Personal milestones also marked this period. Baron Rota's wife, Lyra, was about to give birth to their first child, filling Rota with anticipation and joy. Sir Proggor Stoneclaw's wife, Elera, was six months pregnant, bringing the promise of new life to their family. Sir Reeldos Umbra had married a lady from a minor noble family, further solidifying his position within Dragonsden society.

The families of the Lion Cavalry riders and Wyvern Knights had relocated to Tatsuo's domain, increasing the population and strengthening the bonds of loyalty. The Blackhorn Duchy, deterred by Tatsuo's vigilant Wyvern Knights, had been unable to launch any significant attacks.

To solidify his authority and establish a clear identity for his territory, Tatsuo officially changed the name of Blackrose City to Dragonsden City, a declaration to all that the city was now firmly under the Empire's rule. He also named his domain Dragonsden County, marking it as a distinct and powerful region.

Tatsuo sat in his office, reviewing the day's reports. A letter from the Mayor of Riverbend caught his attention. It detailed sightings of elves near the town's borders. Tatsuo, having already learned of the Elven Town from the System, wasn't surprised. He had been expecting this.

He considered the implications. Contact with the elves could open up new trade opportunities and strengthen his domain. He decided to act swiftly.

"Send a message to the Mayor of Riverbend," he commanded his guard. "Tell them to make every effort to communicate with the elves. Emphasize the importance of peaceful interaction and potential trade."

He then added, "Find Baron Rota Uno. He has elves within his brigade. I want them brought to Riverbend to assist with communication. Their presence will be invaluable in establishing friendly relations and exploring potential business opportunities."

Tatsuo knew that approaching the elves with respect and diplomacy was crucial. He hoped to establish a mutually beneficial relationship that would enhance the prosperity of Dragonsden County.
