I reached the Capital city and booked a hotel for my stay. It was three-star hotel named Sunshine. It looked pretty fancy from the outside but it looked even better from inside. I took my room keys and headed to find my room. Just when I found my room and was about to open it, a familiar voice greeted me.
"Hey Bolt, we meet again."
"The room next to mine is, it yours?"
"That's right."
"Aren't you being a bit too friendly with me? We haven't known each other for long."
Why is this annoying guy here? What was his name again? I forgot. And why is his room next to mine?
I had already paid a month of rent in advance leaving me no choice other than to stay here. With a sigh, I said "See you later," and opened the door of the room.
"Why are you in such a hurry? Let's talk for a while."
"I'm tired from my travel so I would like to have some rest." With a tired face I replied.
"Fine then. See you later."
Without saying anything I opened the door, went inside the room and locked the door from inside. It was already 6 of evening so I couldn't go outside to survey the area. I decided to rest for the day. I dropped my luggage next to the bed and sat on it.
I need to find them and prepare for laying a honey trap for them. I should survey the area as soon as I can. I also need to prepare for trial of those eight bastards who I killed. An unexpected variable has entered my plan. I need to be more careful than before. But I can use this variable as a escape plan if things go wrong.
After thinking about various things and planning the outcomes of my actions. I slept.
My eyelids opened, I looked at the clock hanged on the wall to check time. It was 7 am. I slowly rose up from bed and washed up my face. I wore casual clothes so I wouldn't attract other people attention. It was time for me to survey the area.
Just when I went outside of the hotel I saw that guy again. I changed my route to not come across him. I needed to survey all the parts of city, if that guy was to cling to me it will be difficult of me to survey the area.
First of all I wanted to check whether their address which I had were right or wrong. I was at Bulk street. The closest address from here was Bentro street, left side third house. Out of the remaining six two of them lived there. I went to the nearby restaurant and kept watch until I confirmed it. After an hour they finally came outside, with this two of my targets location was confirmed. Next I headed to the major part of the city, four of my targets lived there. I didn't need to confirm the location of that political's son. He lived with his parents so I was able confirm it through news. One of them lived near Alter River, one lived at Noir street. And finally my major target Ron, he lived at the heart of the city, Loter.
I confirmed the location of my targets. I had not surveyed the outskirts yet, so I headed to the outskirts. It looked like a dumpster. A nasty smell surrounded the place. Thankfully, I was wearing a mask. Otherwise it would have been hard for me to roam around that area.
I returned to the hotel after surveying the area. I was staying in my room to plan for the upcoming event. Knock! Knock! But I was disturbed by someone. I opened the door, it was the same annoying guy.
"May I know, why you were knocking at my room's door?"
"I was bored so I thought you would talk with for a while or we can go outside for a walk?"
I was planning to make you my escape route. It makes things easier for me.
I smiled and said "Sure."
I invited him to my room. I forgot his name so I asked him.
"Excuse me, would you mind telling me your name again?"
As if he was embarrassed he said " I'm sorry! I didn't tell you my name back then. I was happy to find someone of my age. Well... In my village no one was about the same age as me. So I got excited and forget to tell you my name. My name is Albert Brown."
I didn't ask you about your village, I just asked your name.
"I see."
After talking for a while he finally left my room. I was finally alone. I now knew their location but I still didn't know their habits, where they usually go and how to lure them out of their bill. I needed more information. I planned to observe every single one of them one by one. I had to do it properly and as fast as possible. I didn't have much time. I will also need to find a job at place they usually go to keep observing them. The problem was, others didn't know me, but Ron knew me. It would be over for me I got discovered. I had to hide myself properly or I could be found out.
I will also need to make use of Albert in a way he wouldn't get suspicious of me. There was a lot for me to do. I decided to take Albert with me tomorrow.
I opened the door of my room and went to Albert's room. Knock! Knock! He opened the door.
"I was planning to go outside tomorrow to familiarize my myself with the area, so I wanted to ask if you want to go together? You said you didn't know which college to apply for, right? Let's take this chance to solve that problem as well."
He had a bright smile on his face, eyes sparkling. It seemed my plan had worked.
"Oh! You remembered. Thank you. Let's go together."
"Well then I will see you at morning tomorrow."
He nodded his head. I returned to my room and started to make preparations for tomorrow.
