Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Torturous beginning

In the cold of space, a giant spaceship carrying prisoners was flying towards no direction. In this prison, a man strapped to a chair was seen bleeding from his ears, eyes, nose and mouth.

This was Mark, but a Mark who lost against his father and who was dragged back to the viltrum prisoner spaceship. Nolan could still not kill his son, so he decided to imprison him.

Boom!

A shockwave was released as a man wearing the clothes of the Viltrumite empire struck Mark across his face. The beaten-down Mark coughed out blood mixed with teeth.

"S-stop..." Mark's distorted voice, filled with sloshing sounds due to his blood, came out of his mouth. Mark was already beaten half to death when his father brought him here.

The prison did not give him time to heal. The viltrumite did not wait for him to get better. He strapped him to a chair and started beating him with the sole purpose.

"Join the Viltrum empire, and I will stop. Or you could reject me again, and I will torture you again. Your choice," The tall, muscular man in front of Mark said with no emotion visible on his face. He had long abandoned the so-called emotions that people feel.

Mark's eyes flashed back to how all this came to pass. Mark finds out that his father killed the Guardians of the Globe and that he views his mother as a pet.

His eyes became wet before they started burning with hatred. The air around his body hummed as his rage-filled body boiled. Mark could only have one thought in his mind.

Kill him.

Kill Him.

Kill Him!

'Da- No! Omni-Man, I will make sure to burn down the very last genes of the Viltrumites, but not before I kill you with my own hands. Not before I feel your blood flowing down my hands!' Mark's eyes held anger and hate as they looked at the Viltrumite.

Seeing the look in Mark's eyes, the Viltrumite did not show an ounce of pity or emotion. Instead, he went back to his torture. With another punch, the Viltrumite looked at the head in shock.

Crack!

Mark turned with the punch and increased the force to such lengths that his head turned 360. The Viltrumite looked at the head with anger and sorrow.

There were barely more than 50 full-blooded Viltrumites left in the universe. Killing Mark meant killing a rare member of their species and their chance.

"Damn it!" The Viltrumite quickly took a phone and informed The Grand Regent Thragg.

"He killed himself? No worries. We have already taken over the entire world. The Viltrumites started repopulating the planet. You can come back as well," Thragg said with no emotion.

One less member of the Viltrumite empire did not mean anything anymore. Humans and Viltrumites are very compatible with each other.

In about 20 years, millions of new Viltrumites will be born. The Viltrumites will stand proud on their feet and not be beaten like they were in the past due to the Virus.

"What should I do with his body?" the Viltrumite asked as he picked up Mark's body. Thragg thought about it for a second before reaching his conclusion.

"Throw him into space," Thragg said as he put the phone down. He did not need a rogue Viltrumite in the empire, especially not one who would not be under his rule.

A rogue Viltrumite does not deserve to be buried. It deserves to be thrown out like the trash that it was.

"Looks like you aren't even worthy of a burial." The viltrumite said as he opened the space shuttle. Mark's body was then promptly thrown into space at the speed of light.

"May your body hit a planet and be buried there," The Viltrumite said to himself as he closed the door to the spaceship.

The spaceship continues flying, leaving Mark to fly at the speed of light into the emptiness of space. Mark's body soared through space, nothing slowing him down or redirecting him.

In space, there is nothing to slow or change the direction of an object. Mark's body will continue to fly at the speed of light for eternity or until he enters a gravitational force.

As Mark's body continued flying, his dead body started twitching. His eyelids opened slowly but twitching. His eyes were filled with hatred and anger.

A soul from our world took this body over. He gained the emotions and memories of the original Mark. The twisted and dark Mark who was abandoned by everyone.

No one put up an objection to stop Omni-Man. Even Cecil did not try to stop Omni-Man from taking him into space. Nothing, just watching.

There were people like Tech Jacket and more who could fight with Nolan, as seen when he killed a version of Mark in season 3. But no one did anything to help or stop Omni-Man.

"Hate. I can feel the hate of this body," John, now Mark, muttered to himself as his still 360 neck started turning. With a painful groan, Mark turned his neck sharply.

Crack!

His neck was set back into its place, his atoms moving faster than anything before. His bones mended into the right place, and his tissues healed together.

The healing was faster and more thorough. The beatings Mark had endured for a month started healing while his body continued flying through space at light speed.

[1 hour later.]

Mark felt his body was already healed back to full health. His skin was rosy, and his hair was healthy and shiny again. His bones were healed, and his injuries sustained from torture and Nolan healed.

Boom!

A silent tremble of space happened, and Mark's body stopped flying. Mark looked down at his body, clenched his fist and felt the power he gained.

His Smart-Atoms acted, healing his body back to what it was before. No. It was beyond his past self. His body was better, more durable, and faster. It was more resistant to beatings.

The new Mark's eyes opened, and a bloodthirsty and vengeful smirk appeared. He barely had any of his old Invincible Costume from his hero days.

All he had was his pants and a half-ripped upper body. Taking flight, Mark flew off from where he was. His speed was staggering in numbers. His newly healed body flew at a speed of 50 times the speed of light.

Mark flew through space, his body barely having oxygen in his blood to help him not die. His Smart-Atoms started evolving due to this. In a week, Mark felt like he was about to pass out.

But he didn't. His Smart-Atoms evolved to be self-sustainable and to not need oxygen anymore. Opening his tired eyes, Mark continued to fly in a straight line.

On the way, he passed multiple solar systems and stars.

Without life. Until he finally flew towards a planet where he saw lights flashing.

Mark's eyes flashed as he flew to the planet at light speed. The air under his body lit up with energy. The sky was filled with explosions bigger than a nuclear bomb as air separated from his flight.

Boom!

A city under Mark was turned into a giant gaping hole. His chin had a slight stumble, and his hair was longer. But his hair already stopped growing as his Smart-Atoms saw that as unnecessary.

Smoke and fire danced around Mark's body, and throughout this, Mark smirked as he sensed the aura of a beast in front of him. Mark looked at the white tiger that stepped in front of him.

Battle Beasts' home world.

Dornn.
