Ahi's words rang in my ears, my brain slowly trying to process what he just asked. He wanted to kiss me. KISS ME?! Was I ready for this? Did I want to do this?
The simple answer was yes.
I had been on the fence about making Ahi my mate, but after talking to him I knew I wanted to make him my mate. I was ready to take that leap of faith because I knew he was going to be a good mate.
He was caring, always putting my needs before his, and super sweet. I knew there was a dark side to him in the form of his feral instincts, but he was constantly fighting them.
Besides, everyone has a red flag or two. We'd just have to work on them together.
"Y-yes." I finally stuttered out, knowing he was patiently waiting for my answer. "You can kiss me."
The second I had given my answer, Ahi's hand was in my hair, pulling me down on his mouth. My arms moved around his neck as my lips touched his cold ones. Ahi lightly kissed me, almost like he was afraid.
However, I wanted more than a light peck on the lips, so kissed him back more aggressively. He immediately deepened the kiss with a groan, his other arm wrapping tightly around my waist, presing me against him.
This wasn't my first kiss however I couldn't help but love it. There was a sudden roughness, an eagerness in the kiss that made me feel hot. I was ready to take this all the way.
Ahi's hand ran up my waist while his other hand dug into my hair, tilting it back slightly to deepen the kiss more. Ahi nudged my lips open, thrusting his tongue in my mouth.
Our tongues danced, his cold forked tongue feeling a little weird at first. But soon I found myself lost in Ahi's touch, my hands too roaming his body.
I dug my hands into his soft hair, not wanting to leave a gap between us. The kiss seemed to last an eternity and I felt a warmth spread through my belly.
Too soon, Ahi pulled away and huffed, "We should go to sleep."
"No… I want more." I murmured back, gazing straight into his eyes.
His eyes darkened even more with desire at my words. "If we continue, I'm not sure I'll be able to stop."
I suddenly felt something shift under me and something hard began poking my belly. No, it was two somethings that were poking my belly.
I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little nervous about having sex with Ahi. It had been a while since I'd done it and he had two.
Still, I wasn't going to stop. I didn't want to. We would just have to do this one at a time.
"Then don't stop." I replied firmly, gently kissing the corners of his lips.
Ahi groaned. "Elisa… Are you sure? There's no going back. We can stop now if you want."
"I'm sure Ahi. I don't want to stop." I said. "I want you as my mate so you better not stop now."
Those words seemed to do it for him because the next moment I found myself under Ahi, him gently cradling my head as he pulled me in for another kiss.
This time he was much more rough with his kiss, like a starving man who was having his first taste of food. I moaned against his lips as he pressed his body into me.
My hands found his hair once more and I tugged at it, pulling him closer. He groaned in turn and his hand around my waist found itself roaming up my body.

It took me a moment to realise he had ripped my night tee apart, making me gasp in shock, "Ahi!"
"Don't worry… I'll make you a better one with my shedded skin." Ahi mused as he pulled away from my lips.
I groaned in disappointment at his lips disappearing. He gazed at me with eyes full of lust as he leaned over me.
"Can I mark you?" Ahi suddenly asked.
"Mark?" I furrowed my eyebrows.
"Snake beastmen normally bite their mates by the neck while mating to mark them as theirs." Ahi explained. "It will hurt for a moment…"
I didn't like the sound of it being painful, but it did seem like an important part of the mating ritual. Ahi wouldn't have asked me if it wasn't.
"We don't have to-" Ahi started, but I placed a hand over his mouth.
"You can mark me, but you better make me feel good afterwards." I murmured softly, trying to stop the heat spreading on my face. "I don't like pain."
"I'll make you feel good." Ahi kissed the palm of my hand. "Promise."
He gently moved my hand away, leaning back down to peck me on the lips. I wanted to deepen the kiss, but he moved away, placing a flutter of kisses as he moved down my neck.
Heat spread through my body as he continued to kiss my neck and shoulders, my hands moving to his perfectly sculpted chest.
He moaned into my neck as I exploded his body and soon he was sucking the nook of my neck which was sensitive for some reason. Heat spread through my body.
"Ahi…" I moaned a little loudly as my brain went to cloud nine.
He placed a small kiss and murmured, "I'll be quick and make you feel good soon."
The next thing I knew, I felt something sharp pierce my skin making me squeak in shock. Pain entered my body, washing away some of the pleasure I was feeling. Something flooded my veins and I felt woozy for a moment.
The pain soon disappeared as heat spread through my veins. I felt a cold tongue lick and kiss my neck before moving south along with some hands.
