"Well, frogs possess many magical properties. Their livers can be used as a powerful aphrodisiac in potions, and can negate many magical poison side effects. Frog bodies have powerful fertility effects on monsters and potions, and they live in stagnant, magically powerful water." Naruto explained to Xenovia as he showed her his notes. "Since when they Hibernate, they actually die and come back to life, they possess immense lifeforce. Toads and frogs can be used in tandem together to multiply the effects they have in potions." Naruto explained as he gestured to the toad properties on the next page.
Xenovia had an immense interest in what he was saying, and that much was visible to anyone in the room that had gotten used to Xenovia willing to let herself waste away into nothing in the corner. She had eaten a large, healthy breakfast, went for a morning jog, and when she returned she instantly went straight to Naruto and looked at what he was doing, and started to ask him all sorts of questions.
It was like overnight, her entire reason to live had been restored, and she had been given a new purpose in life.
"I see, so you need tons of frogs on a regular basis so you can make very horny monsters. That makes a lot of sense now... and what about your own hair that you use?" Xenovia questioned when she saw Naruto toss some hair into a potion. She knew he almost always did that, but she didn't understand why.
"Monsters have a social heirarchy in their DNA, the parent always has command over the child, and using my DNA puts in the position of the parent. It also binds them to me magically, so that they can understand me. It also adds the human element to the creation." Naruto reached up and plucked a hair from Xenovia's head and tossed it into the potion.
Everyone else was awake and just watching.
The door burst open and a slightly tired Irina came flying in.
"I've finished what you asked, I collected the semen of everything that you wanted AND the blood from those animals as well mixed into the semen!" Irina had her arms filled to the brim with bottles of different jizz that she rushed to put on the ground in front of Naruto. Naruto could smell her. Naruto got out the potion he and Xenovia made the night before and mixed it into the potion that he was currently making.
He popped open the bottles that Irina had given him, and poured them into the mixture. The mixture burst into flames as the potion itself became liquid fire.
"Woah... what the hell are you making!?" Ravel asked as she was ripped out of her shock, since she had been surprised at how Xenovia was acting.
Liquid fire so hot that she could feel it from where she was standing, Naruto literally was using ice magic to keep the container it was in from melting, and he was keeping it floating off the ground. He was not taking any chances with it as he stood up and walked outside with it, all of them following him.
They saw Mittelt come out of the bathroom.
"What the hell, why is it so hot in here?" Mittelt noticed that the room itself had gotten maybe 10 degrees hotter than before. "Oh no, fuck that, I'm not testing whatever that is." Mittelt saw Naruto's creation. She was not messing with whatever it was, and she didn't want to mess with it.
Asia was out shopping at the moment.
-Outside Kuoh (30 Minutes Later)-
"Okay, this is far enough... and Koneko has seemed to join us." Naruto stated as he looked at the new addition to what was about to happen. Naruto tossed a kitten corpse onto the ground, something that got a flinch from Koneko. Everyone else was just wondering how long he had a kitten corpse in his jacket, and where he got it from.
Did he find a dead kitten, or did he kill it?
Most assumed he killed it for the sake of an experiment, but the correct answer was that Sly brought it to him as a gift to try and be a good boy. Naruto wouldn't waste a good corpse that he could experiment with though.

Naruto poured the potion on the kitten.

It started to grow new bones for different animals, and organs started to grow out of the bones as muscles grew out of the organs.
It stood on four legs, but was still over 7 feet tall.
It had the body of a lion, but front legs of a dragon and the back legs of a goat. It's tail was a blue snake with a lion's mane near it's head, and it's fangs dripped. Where the poison touched the ground, it turned into gas and filled the area around where it touched. The creature had two heads, one was a lion's head with a blue flaming mane around the neck, and the other head was a goat's head that had dragon scales going up it's neck, and forward curved horns. On the creature's back were massive, but folded up currently, dragon wings.
It was large and intimidating to be sure.
"What is that?" Ravel whispered to Xenovia.
"I have no clue, but I helped make it, so it's very beautiful and strong for sure." Xenovia just had a prideful look to her eyes. She helped to make this monster, so of course it was going to be amazing to see.
Naruto grinned.
"YES! The goat's head controls body movement, while the lion's head controls mating, eating, and higher brain functions. The two heads can mentally communicate with each other and the snake head... and it produces aphrodisiac gas." Naruto stated as he extended his hand. "Shake."
It put it's hand over his hand.
Four legs, but the front legs had dragon hands on them as the legs, so it had the ability to grab and punch things.
"Does it have..." Koneko looked between it's back legs as nector dripped down her legs in unchecked excitement. She was already soaked and getting more so the more she looked at this creature that she was sure would be going to town on her. "Two of them."

Naruto explained as he already started to think up a name for this monster. "Of course, once it uses up all of it's energy, it enters energy storage mode until it recovers enough energy to transform back." Naruto explained further.
"Energy Storage Mode?"
"It becomes a Kitten version of itself, smaller and cuter, until it recovers enough energy to transform back to normal." Naruto told them.
For some reason, a kitten version of this horrifying monster sounded quite adorable.

"It's Indian for village, this monster has the ability to create new chimeras depending on what it gets pregnant. It can create an entire village of new monsters, so I named it that. Chimeras are mostly located in India now. I've put some limiters on him, but if I didn't put those limiters, he would be a disaster for humanity." Naruto gave Koneko a slap on the ass as he walked passed her. "Also, it isn't 1 baby, this guy can get a girl pregnant with a litter between 4 and 12." Naruto explained with a grin.
"I see why it is a disaster... short pregnancy, lots of children, and it creates random chimeras. It can multiply faster than rabbits, and is a dangerous creature." Ravel stated with a shiver.
This creature could destroy the food chain easily.
This creature was a walking natural disaster.
