Allen POV
My parents are in the living room watching tv while I get ready for the party as Lauren said it's a dress up party.
I pulled out white long sleeve button up shirt with black tie, black fitted dress pants, slim fitted two button blazer, black dress shoes.
I took a shower, brush my teeth, brush my hair, put deodorant on, and put my clothes on as I walked to grab my keys, wallet, and a bag. I put my Rolex on.
I walked downstairs as my mom saw me to light up.
Mom: Doesn't my boy look good.
Allen: Thanks, I think I did okay.
Father: He gets that from me you know.
Mom: Oh I know.
Allen: Anyway, it's at a hotel so I might stay there so I'll be back in a day or two.
Mom: Alright, have fun but be careful.
Allen: Always am.
Father: Oh and don't forget.
Allen: If you say wrap up I'm gonna lose it.
Mom: Oh, invite whoever to the Great Gatsby Party we're throwing.
I mean our house is big to throw it really as I have a big family really, my friends are coming too but there not stuck up, spoiled, or cause any drama.
Father: Actually I was gonna say don't forget the graduation gift you got her but that's a good thing to remember.
I got Lauren a gift, nothing big just a bracelet that says Haven on it.
I grabbed the gift to walk to out thr front door to my car as put my bag in the passenger seat, I got in to drive off to the hotel.
I made it to get Lauren's graduation gift as I looked at the room number as I made my way inside as I made it to the room to text Lauren I'm outside the door.
A few seconds later as Lauren open the door to hug me out of nowhere but I appreciated it as I saw the people like Lo, Morgan, Christina, Talan, Stephen, and Kristin. I see what's going on now.
Lauren: Glade you could make it.
Allen: Well you asked me to do I came, I brought you a gift.
I handed her the box.
Lauren: Oh thank you.
Allen: No problem, so how's the party going?
Lauren: Oh it's going.
Allen: Well come keep me company, I like to keep you entertained.
Lauren: Alright, follow me.
We walked passed everyone to make it to the balcony as we sat at the table.
Allen: So what's really going on?
Lauren: Nothing just my party not going as I wanted it to go.
Allen: Well as long as you got your friends then that shouldn't matter really.
Lauren: I know.
Allen: Don't worry, it will get easier.
Lauren smalled to come sit on my lap as I know this is fast but will see where this goes.
We kept talking as I love making her laugh as everyone is looking at us as the party was over really with everyone leaving.
Lauren: Looks like the party is winding down, could you stay tonight?
Allen: Yeah I can.
