Alexander was in his dojo, training with full focus, not wasting a single moment.
He had bands tied to his arms and legs, which were connected to poles on the ceiling, restricting his movement as he trained with a shinai, striking a practice dummy.
He spent several minutes concentrating solely on training until an alarm went off.
"Has that much time already passed?" he asked himself, stopping his training.
He removed the bands and placed the shinai next to the others before grabbing a towel to wipe off the sweat.
"Now for a shower."
He went to shower, and as soon as he got out, he heard noises coming from outside the bathroom, so he put on his ring and stepped out.
He walked slowly, scanning his surroundings for anything unusual.
He reached his room and closed the door behind him. Unbeknownst to him, a dark figure was approaching Alexander while he was checking his wardrobe.
'Where is it?' He pulled out some clothes and laid them on the bed.
At that moment, the dark figure lunged at him, leaving him completely vulnerable.
'Crap! I won't be able to stop it!'
The shadowy figure hit him straight in the face, causing them both to fall onto the bed. Alexander tried to push the figure off, and once he managed to grab it, the true form was revealed—a black cat with golden eyes.
"Kuro, I've told you not to jump on my face. I can't see like that," he said, looking at his cat.
"Meow."
"I still don't understand how you move so fast," he said, putting the cat on the bed so he could get dressed.
He was about to remove the towel from his waist when he noticed Kuro staring intently at him, causing him to stop.
Realizing that stare, he stared back, and they looked at each other for a few seconds until he grabbed the cat and put it outside the room.
"MEOW! MEOW!"
Kuro began scratching the door, trying to get back in.
'That stare felt strange… like a person was looking at me.'
He changed clothes while listening to Kuro scratching at the door, trying to come back in.
A few minutes passed, and Alexander made himself some breakfast. Then he began preparing food for Kuro, who was now scratching at his legs.
"Now you're complaining?" he asked the cat, who seemed upset.
"MEOW!!" the cat meowed angrily.
"Look, you disappear for days, I search for you and don't find anything. Then you just show up like nothing happened," he scolded him, and Kuro, now sad, began to purr.
"Alright, fine, but this better be the last time you vanish for that long." He picked him up, and Kuro licked his face. "Want some milk?"
"MEOW!"
He went to the fridge and poured some milk into a bowl, which Kuro happily began to drink.
"Alright, Kuro. I've got to go find Ichigo and then head to school. I'll see you this afternoon. I left you milk and food so you won't go hungry."
"Mew."
"Bye."
He left his house, leaving his cat safe at home.
On the way to high school, he passed through an alley while looking for something.
"How strange… Where's the kid?" Alexander wondered.
Suddenly, he felt a presence behind him. Thinking it was the child, he turned around, but found another one of the shadowy creatures.
"Another one?"

Alexander had arrived at the Kurosaki Clinic like he did every morning, but what he saw left him stunned—Ichigo was awake, and there was a massive hole in their house.
"But it was a miracle! A truck crashed and no one was hurt!" Isshin said happily, relieved that nothing serious had happened.
"I think it's even more of a miracle that no one woke up. By the way, Ichi-nii, breakfast is ready," Yuzu said from inside the house.
"No miracles here. Because of that, the culprit got away. What's wrong with this family?" Karin asked, seeing how lightly everyone was taking it.
"Don't worry! Someday he'll come back to apologize!" Isshin said optimistically.
"No! He won't!" Karin shouted.
"If you don't eat soon, the food will get cold," Yuzu told them again.
"WHAT HAPPENED HERE?!" Alexander shouted, looking at the state of the house.
"Ohh, Alex-kun. Sorry about the mess—a truck crashed into the house," Isshin apologized.
"A truck really did this?" Alexander asked, looking at the damage.
"Yeah, can you believe it?" Isshin replied.
"It's incredible no one got hurt. Let me help you fix it," Alexander said, rolling up his sleeves.
"Are you sure?" Isshin asked.
"Of course. I do all the repairs at my house, so this won't be a problem, although I won't be able to finish before heading to school," he told Isshin.
He began inspecting what needed to be done and sent a text to Mizuiro saying he'd be late.

At Karakura High School, everyone was on a break except for Alexander and Ichigo, who still hadn't arrived.
Orihime was sitting and reading a book called All About Stars, then set it aside to stare at the clouds.
"Hey, hold it right there! You're too young to be daydreaming!" a girl shouted at her.
"Tatsuki-chan…"
Two girls were chatting—one with black hair and brown eyes, slim but slightly muscular, and the other with orange hair, brown eyes, a slender yet curvy body, and large breasts.
The two girls were Arisawa Tatsuki and Inoue Orihime.
"Ichigo's probably late again," Tatsuki said, sitting in front of her.
"Huh?" Orihime said, confused.
"You were thinking about him, weren't you?" Tatsuki asked.
"I-I wasn't thinking about him!" Orihime said, embarrassed.
Tatsuki paused for a moment.
"Hey Orihime, what do you like about him? He's cold, his hair is a weird color, he's rude, he has a bad temper… Honestly, a beauty with huge breasts like you is way too much for him."
"He's funny!" Orihime said cheerfully.
Tatsuki was completely baffled.
"Imagining him making funny faces or dancing…" she pictured those situations and started laughing. "It's the best!"
"S-seriously?" Tatsuki said, a bit weirded out by her friend. "Now that I think about it, Alexander isn't here either."
"Maybe Ichigo and Alexander won't show up today," Mizuiro said.
"Mizuiro, what do you mean?" Tatsuki asked.
"Alexander texted me saying a truck crashed into Ichigo's house and left a huge hole," Mizuiro replied.
"WHAT?! A TRUCK?! THEN ICHIGO'S HURT OR DE…"
Before she could finish, Ichigo hit her on the head with his backpack.
"I'm not dead. Sorry to disappoint, but no one was hurt," Ichigo said.
"G-Good morning, Kurosaki-kun!" Orihime said.
"You're always cheerful, Inoue," Ichigo replied.
"There was no need to hit Tatsuki," said Alexander, standing behind him. "Good morning, Orihime. Good morning, Tatsuki."
"Morning. I guess you were helping them out," Tatsuki said.
"Of course. Can you believe that truck just drove off and left a hole in their house? If I knew who did it, I'd beat the crap out of them," Alexander said, slightly angry. "So after class, I'll have to go help finish the repairs."
"You sure do help them a lot," Tatsuki said.
"Of course. If I have the chance to help someone, I will. Remember that," Alexander said seriously.
"I know, I know. No need to keep repeating it," Tatsuki said, a bit tired of hearing it. "If you're going to help Ichigo with his house, you better tell your boss."
"I doubt she'll care if I skip work, but yeah, I'll tell her. I don't want to get beaten up again," Alexander said, remembering what happened the day before.
