Because I was the only one who protected her and stood up for her when she was being bullied during middle school.
That's when we truly started hanging out, she used to hate me until that point, because she thought that I was stealing her parents away from her.
She always tried to express how much she didn't like me, but after that incident she started being more kind towards me, greeting me in the morning, walking with me to school, eating lunch together, playing together and so on.
She wasn't popular because of her tomboyish appearance and behaviour, so I too was her only friend, we found comfort in eachother.
Back to the present, when I arrived they suddenly stopped arguing and started acting like they were friends, i thought they had finally made up.
After that we dropped Yumi off near the station, and we walked back home, Suhee suddenly wanted to hold hands, i agreed because she was my friend.
We reached home, before opening the gate, Suhee told me to wait and close my eyes, i did, and she hugged me out of nowhere and told me to wait for a while because she was sad.
After that we went inside, to find Suhee family waiting for us...
