Camila's POV
He sighed, clearly struggling to process what Nancy had just told him.
"So you called me, lied to me, just so I'd fly to Seattle and spend time with Camila?" he asked, sounding dumbfounded. "That's what this was all about?"
"I... yes. I know it was wrong but… I thought you two needed to be around each other," she said, still shaking. "I just figured if you were here, you'd spend time with her. I thought it would be good for both of you."
"Nancy," Henry said, his voice low and firm. "That was seriously messed up. I'm not here for a social visit. I came because I was terrified something had happened to Camila and the baby. If you wanted me to come around, you could've just said that. But you made up a hospital emergency? That's not okay."
"I know… I know," she stammered, her voice laced with regret. "I didn't think it through. I was trying to help. I just wanted you both to reconnect, and I went about it the wrong way."
