Katherine's POV
"Come to my office now."
I sighed as I dropped the phone and headed to Jennifer's office. I wondered what she had to say that was so urgent she had to call this early. I just got to the office and had barely settled in when she called.
I released another breath from my mouth and hoped this better be good. It was too early for her to drop bad news on me.
I knocked gently on the door and moved in. "Good morning, Jennifer."
She raised her head up and flashed me a smile. "Please sit, Katherine." She said, waving at the chair before her.
I narrowed my eyes at her, wondering what was happening because something was definitely happening. Jennifer actually paused what she was doing, looked up and smiled at me? She gave me a bright smile? Nah, something was going on.
