"Alright, so you already know about the hierarchy, and how we Kais are responsible for managing the universe. Specifically, we are responsible for creating things. We do this using our creation technique. Like so-"
Bosa watched King Kai with a really close eye, he was confused, but curious. "I don't understand, what did you do, Master?"
Snickering, King Kai made the Katchin disappear again. "It's not too difficult. I'll show you how it's done a few more times. But from there you must learn the rest on your own." I'll say it like this so he gets that brain of his working. He'll figure this out in about 2 weeks. Still way faster than normal. Now, time to show him how I do it from so far away. "Bosa, place your hand on my back. I'm going to show you what creating a planet is like-" … "Huh!"
"Master, did I do it right? My thing doesn't look like the one you made. It's not as dense, I guess I didn't get it right. Man this is hard."
How the hell… He really is a smart boy. He is truly an incredible find. With his ability to make leaps and bounds… He'll rank high in the future. "You did it right, you just need to practice it now. You've had what, an hour of practice at the most? I've had thousands of years of practice."
"That makes sense…"
"What is it, Bosa?"
"Well, Master, I was thinking… Isn't this sorta similar to granting life to something?"
"That's exactly right, it is indeed a very similar concept. I'm surprised you noticed."
Bosa pointed up. "Then wouldn't it be impossible for me to learn it like this?"
King Kai, looked up, ignoring the halo, as it didn't cross his mind. "Huh? What do you mean?"
"Well, if I'm dead, how am I supposed to make life? Kind of the opposite of how that works, right?"
"Huh?! Oh! Uh… Uhm… Well, that's a good point. I'll ask up the ladder about that. For now, just practice. Now, like I said before, I'm going to show you the process of planet creation."
Bosa, a little saddened, placed his hand on King Kai's shoulder, and closed his eyes. He saw a vision of a spacious void. In this void, several large rocks appeared out of nowhere. It would be thin air, but this was a void. He watched as the rocks locked together, and began to superheat. Slowly the gravity took over, and pulled the rocks into a more spherical shape. Then the vision vanished.
King Kai, breathing a little on the heavy side, pulled out a cloth and wiped his cheek. "That's always a rough time. Remote creation takes a lot out of me."
"Hmm, that was weird. Is that all you have to do to create the planets you were tasked to make?"
"No, that was one of the few planets we have to make such that it evolves on its own. The others are ones that look a bit more like earth. in other words, ones that are habitable for life."
"Oh? I see, can you show me how to do that too?"
"Not right now. I need a break. And I'd like to ask Grand Kai about that matter you just brought up to me. For now, you should continue to practice with the intention you are simply just at the beginning."
Bosa nodded, opting not to ask anymore questions. He dived into practice, using what he saw as an advantage. His brain began to pick apart the events he witnessed, slowly making some progress, though…
It's weird how this feels so much like I could just grant something life. I already learned about the reincarnation system, and it's a similar principle? I wonder if I can combine these principles together… Huh? My halo started flashing?
Bosa had accidentally discovered an odd result of the abilities and principles he's learned. He began training with this in mind. He had an idea, one that he would be aiming for.
King Kai had relayed the question up to the Grand Kai, who didn't have an answer. Then Grand Kai brought it to Supreme Kai's attention, who again, didn't have an answer.

"Kibito, what do you think about this matter?"
"Well sir, if you're asking for my honest opinion. I don't believe a mortal should even aspire to be, let alone train to become a Kai."
Supreme Kai sighed. "I figured as much. I might have to ask him about it. I do have some other business that I need to take care of. Kibito, would you mind going to North Kai's world."
"Huh? But sir, if I am there to inspect, can I not do it here?"
"Hmm, I have a feeling that you'll learn more from the actual experience. And even despite the issue Bosa has, he's already made quite a fair amount of progress. Also while you're there, please inform North Kai that an answer is in the works."
"If you insist, Master, I will not refuse you."
The two used their own teleportations, parting ways for a moment. Kibito appeared on King Kai's planet, and was instantly noticed by King Kai.
"Oh my, welcome to my humble planet, Sir."
"Yes, I was ordered to come here, I am to inspect the young Bosa's training, and inform you that Supreme Kai is working on an answer for your--- What the hell is that boy doing? Is he alive again? Wait, no, he's not."
"Huh? Oh hi there!" Bosa flew over. "How are you? Hmm, I don't recognize you? Are you the Grand Kai, Kibito Kai, or the Supreme Kai?" His face was full of an intoxicating innocence.
"You may address me as Kibito Kai. And you should know that I don't approve of you being an apprentice Kai."
"Oh? I heard that there was one of the three higher guys that didn't like the idea. But, I've had a lot of fun learning all these fun things! I've even started working on something super cool!"
"Was it what you were working on just now?"
"Yep! I was trying to use the principles of the reincarnation system, and the creation skill to see if I could resurrect myself. And my halo started flashing! Isn't that super cool!"
That is some freakish talent. "North Kai, you have apologies, this boy has some talent. Now then, can you answer why there are two others on your planet?"
