Peter stumbled into the dimly lit basement of his home, his body battered and aching from the fight. He winced as he leaned against the wall, catching his breath. "System, check my body," he muttered, his voice strained.
A swarm of small, humming robots whirred to life, darting around him like mechanical fireflies. Their sensors scanned his injuries, projecting a holographic display that mapped the damage across his body.
"Good to know," Peter said with a grimace, pushing himself upright. He moved toward his usual suit, but his eyes caught something else. The Advanced Suit, finally complete, gleaming under the soft light of the workshop.

A faint smile tugged at his lips. "Great," he murmured, his exhaustion momentarily forgotten. He stepped into the workshop, the door sliding open with a quiet hiss. The Advanced Suit rested in its container, its sleek design radiating power and precision.
Peter reached out, his fingers brushing against the reinforced fabric. The container opened with a soft click, and he began to suit up.
The material clung to him like a second skin, each piece locking into place with a satisfying snap. As he adjusted the mask, he cracked his neck, feeling the tension melt away.
"System, activate the launching pad," Spider-Man commanded, his voice steady and confident.
The room responded instantly. The ceiling retracted, revealing the night sky above, while the platform beneath his feet began to rotate, glowing with a vibrant blue energy. Spider-Man crouched low, his body coiled like a spring, ready to propel himself into action.
"Launch," he said, his voice calm but resolute.
The system's countdown echoed through the room. "3... 2... 1!"
A surge of blue energy erupted beneath him, catapulting him into the air. For a moment, he was weightless, the city sprawling below him like a glittering tapestry. Then, with ease, he extended his arms, catching the wind and gliding effortlessly through the night.
"System, show me the fastest route to Rhino," Spider-Man ordered, his eyes narrowing behind the mask.
A holographic map materialized inside his helmet, highlighting the shortest path to his target.
...
The Rhino was a force of pure destruction, rampaging through the city streets, his massive frame tearing through everything in his path. Buildings crumbled, cars were tossed aside like toys, and the air was thick with smoke and screams. He was waiting no, *demanding* the arrival of Spider-Man.
"GIVE ME SPIDER-MAN!" Rhino bellowed, his voice a thunderous roar that echoed through the chaos. His fists clenched, and he hurled a nearby lamppost into the side of a building, sending debris raining down.
Beneath him, a mother and her child cowered, trembling in the shadow of the monstrous figure. The mother clutched her child tightly, her voice barely a whisper as she pleaded, "Please... someone help us." Tears streamed down her face as the child sobbed into her chest.
Rhino's lips curled into a cruel smile. He took a slow, deliberate step toward them, his heavy footfalls shaking the ground. He knew Spider-Man would come. He *wanted* him to come. And if he had to crush a few innocent lives to draw him out, so be it.
With a sickening grin, Rhino raised his massive foot high above the terrified pair. The mother's cries grew louder, but they were drowned out by the sound of Rhino's laughter. Then, with a deafening crash, he brought his foot down. The ground trembled, and blood splattered across the pavement.
"Itsy bitsy spider went up the water spout," Rhino sang, his voice a grotesque mockery of the childhood rhyme. He stepped over the lifeless bodies, his eyes scanning the chaos around him. People screamed and scrambled for cover, their faces etched with terror.
"Down came the rain and washed the spider out," he continued, his tone dripping with malice. He grabbed a nearby car with one hand, lifting it effortlessly, and hurled it into a building. The structure groaned and collapsed in a cloud of dust and rubble.
"Out came the sun and dried up all the rain," Rhino sang, his voice growing louder as he stomped through the fiery wreckage. Flames licked at the edges of the street, and the air was thick with the acrid smell of smoke. Panicked civilians ran in every direction, their cries blending into the cacophony of destruction.
"Then the itsy bitsy spider went up the spout again," he finished, his eyes locking onto a man desperately running down the middle of the road. Rhino chuckled darkly, grabbing a nearby truck with both hands. With a grunt, he hurled it toward the fleeing figure.
But just as the truck was about to crush the man, a white blur shot into view. The truck screeched to a halt, suspended in mid-air before being tossed aside like a discarded toy. The man stumbled back, his face pale with shock.
Rhino's grin widened as he turned to face the newcomer. Standing in the middle of the road, his fists clenched and his mask hiding any trace of fear, was Spider-Man.
The two titans faced each other, the air crackling with tension. The city burned around them, but for a moment, everything seemed to stand still.
'I should've arrived earlier,' Spider-Man thought, his chest tightening with guilt. 'People have died because I was tool late.'
"You finally showed up, Spider-Man," Rhino growled, his voice dripping with menace. "I've been waiting for you for quite some time."
Spider-Man didn't respond. His eyes locked onto the destruction around him, his heart pounding with a mix of anger and regret.
Without a word, he sprinted toward Rhino, his movements a blur of white. Rhino, seeing him charge, roared and barreled forward, the ground trembling beneath his weight.
As they closed the distance, Spider-Man leaped into the air, firing a web at Rhino's shoulder. Using the momentum, he launched himself toward the hulking villain and delivered a powerful dropkick straight to Rhino's face. The impact stunned Rhino, forcing him to stumble backward a few steps.
Spider-Man flipped back, landing gracefully, but he didn't stop there. He quickly shot a web at Rhino's right leg and yanked it with all his strength, gritting his teeth as he held back from using his full power knowing it could injure him in the process. Despite the restraint, Rhino toppled to the ground with a thunderous crash.
Seizing the opportunity, Spider-Man jumped into the air, pulling his fist back as he descended. With a grunt, he drove his punch straight into Rhino's face. The force was so intense that the ground beneath them cracked, and Rhino's nose broke with a sickening crunch.
Sensing Rhino's next move, Spider-Man backflipped away just as the villain's massive hands swiped at him, narrowly missing. Rhino struggled to rise, but Spider-Man was already on him, delivering a rapid combination of punches, a right hook, a left hook, and finally an uppercut that sent Rhino crashing back to the ground.
Still cautious, Spider-Man spotted two large pieces of rubble nearby. He webbed them up, leaped into the air, and swung the debris with precision, smashing them into Rhino's face. The impact knocked the villain out cold.
Breathing heavily, Spider-Man dropped to one knee, exhaustion washing over him. The crowd that had gathered began to cheer, their voices rising in relief and admiration as they realized Spider-Man had defeated Rhino.
But the victory was short-lived. Suddenly, Spider-Man doubled over, coughing violently. Blood splattered inside his mask, dripping down the fabric and pooling at the edges.
Before he could recover, a sniper's bullet whizzed through the air, grazing the side of his head. The force knocked him sideways, but his mask absorbed most of the impact.
Spider-Man's head snapped toward the direction of the shot, his senses on high alert. The sniper, terrified by the hero's piercing gaze, had already fled into the shadows, leaving behind only the faint echo of his fear.
