I should've known.
The road led to a big hexagonal hall, filled with people. The floor was made up of pure white marble, which had been ruined by muddy foot steps of various sizes. There was also a great white pillar at every vertex of the hexagon, on which an emblem of a dragon was engraved. There were a few places a bit far away which I did not care to observe. I had seen this particular hall more than once in my imagination. This was unmistakably the Great Hall in "Reborn in the New World as a Worthless Being".
The Great Hall was used as a public space, much like a town square. Everything important happened in the Great Hall. The Hall was exactly like I had described in my web novel.
I stood standing and gaping at the big structure while people passed by me. I also noticed that I wasn't wearing any shoes. Although I was sad due to the loss of my shoes, I did not think about it too much. I went and leant against one of the pillars and closed my eyes.
So I had been "reincarnated" in my own novel. I remembered the protagonist of my novel. So I am Han Jaemin now? I also thought about the other important characters and their powers. The fact that I could be Han Jaemin did not excite me in any way. Han Jaemin was a good and loveable MC, but as much as I loved him, I did not want to be him.
My thoughts were interrupted again my a beep. I knew what it meant. It meant that I had a new message from the system. I commanded to open it, in my mind.
