Chapter 9 - In the confines of faith, Feasting, Uhn!

Ogunrinde stood with arm raised as Ai and Ae clothed him.

Starting from pants, which he wore himself, as, since he had to raise his legs while naked he was the best option for that.

Even if he was bold, there was need for him to overly place his dong at close contacts with his maids.

To undergarment and outer robe handled by Ai and Ae.

Then the putting on of his brocade belt, shoes and grooming.

A young dashing Royal prince was made.

Standing at 1.9 meters tall, long flowing black hair, Olive skinned with grey dark pupils.

Ogunrinde was handsome with a slender physique.

He had not given a time for the feast, but since he had given the date of today, it was today.

As for when it was, it was when he the demon Master was available.

Such was the order of demons.

Imposing.

But not overbearing, Ogunrinde had his maids send a message.

" The first hour of the last quadrant "

The day was divided into six quadrants, each of four hours.

Such was the order of demons.

Seeing as there was a bit of time, Ogunrinde sat at his regular recliner chair by his usual preferred balcony of palace and read.

Wasn't fate strong, a person could be born a beast, an human, or higher, a demon.

A person could be born, a low tier demon, one of normal lineage, one of lordly or noble lineage, or one of royal lineage.

Wasn't fate strong, one could be born with good quality and qualifications, or bad.

One could be born of superior talents, or inferior.

Wasn't fate strong.

It was no denying, there was no denying.

It was strong!

But in the confines of one's fate one could strive.

In the confines of his fate, his life, he fought.

Ogunrinde didn't feel he fell short of the Desolate battle demon sovereign lineage, and when he did, he corrected his heart.

If anything he felt above, for of the greatest scions and Sovereigns of his sovereign lineage, from the very first Desolate battle demon Sovereign.

How many had truly fought for their destiny.

From the very first Sovereign, an innate demon , born from the heaven and earth with the demon mandate of battle, demon, and destruction, was it not certain he would be a sovereign.

Then the predecessors, of imperial destinies and lineage, certain was great might and destiny for them.

Sure they had fought for it, but sure they had also not fought for it.

As for he Ogunrinde, who could say the heights in life, of life, he could reach.

At least, at most, his heights, which others saw, or claimed to see, was no height to talk off.

According to all that could be seen now, there was truly no height to talk off.

But Ogunrinde held battle in his heart, his spirit was relentless, stubborn.

It was probably inherited.

The only memory Ogunrinde had of his Father was strange, when he was young, before he would see him no more.

A strange man, by all conventions, especially to the demons.

Innate demons and demons seized and manipulated the dao.

And humans, beasts and the rest of creatures harnessed the dao.

Whilst Ogunrinde's father claimed to follow what he called the true dao.

Heaven.

He couldn't understand, as the man, though handsome and charming, desired highly by the opposite sex, even wooing a Royal demon Queen, was weak.

A stubborn man, the so called Heavenly dao path he chose gave him no might.

Ogunrinde chuckled.

He was like his father, not just considering the handsome path, which of course had also passed down, he was very stubborn.

Why else would he practice cultivation, when there was no further for him, torturing and torturing himself, taking the pain.

Why else was he reading the most basic fist technique which he could only learn, was it a thousandth time, he could not count.

Amongst the various basic martial arts he had learnt a thousandth time, he could not count

Only an origin 1st realm demon, with the most tiny of Demon power, he could only practice basic martial techniques.

And he had practiced, any, every basic martial technique.

A basic martial technique wasn't anything, it was what high birth or even demon kids used to pass time when they were were young.

The peak of a basic martial, mastery, he had gotten there, when?, he couldn't remember.

After that he had continued, thousands of times more, or more, he couldn't remember.

Basic martial arts, had he reached mastery, yes.

Was he continuing, Yes, was he making progress, Yes.

Was it madness, Yes.

Even if no one believed and it looked like he was wasting his time, he did.

He believed.

At the very least, Ogunrinde knew for his life, in his life, he! had to believe him

He could only learn basic martial arts, as his realm couldn't progress now, so within the confines of his faith now, so he would learn.

Fist technique, 1,000,000th time, he had stopped counting.

After a while of reading he dropped the book and left, it was already time for the feast.

.....

Unlike the main hall where he had his court, Ogunrinde had the feast prepared in an open moonlight terrace.

Xue liao arrived first, folllowed by Zi Mo Yan and Bai Yao.

The banquet was already prepared, silk cushion couches, exotic food and drinks, prepared and arranged in elegance.

As expected there had to be a difference in serving normal demon Master and serving one of noble royal lineage.

Ogunrinde was the last to arrive, Ai and Ae by his side, on seeing Ogunrinde the demon commanders stood up and bowed.

" We greet the Demon Master "

Ogunrinde nodded his head as he walked to the main couche and laid, as he bided the commanders to seat.

Arrangements had already been made by Ai, maids trooped in and served the commanders , whilst some female ladies performed a dance, lightning the mood.

Usually it would have been difficult for the demonic commanders to relax in front of him, but Ogunrinde made sure to lighten the mood.

Not saying anything, just feasting , which encouraged the commanders to do the same.

The first to loosen up was Xue Liao, with the rest having to follow after.

Zi Mo Yan and Bai Yao furrowed their brows in their apprehensions, their apprehensions about the feast and drinking unknown.

Ogunrinde didn't care about that, was it really a choice!

The Master was dining and invited them, could vassals refuse.

With Ai and Ae lying with him and personally serving him of every good thing of the feast Ogunrinde indulged in the pleasures of the feast, enjoying himself.

The wine served in the wine was the most opulent, it was the exact wine Ogunrinde drank, expensive and exquisite, a staple of Desolate royal demons.

Violent violet ambrosia nectar, even Ai and Ae were consciously careful of this wine, and for good reason so.

Only Ogunrinde freely indulged in it.

it wasn't commonplace at all, but as an avid daily drinker of this wine, Ogunrinde had a stockpile.

It didn't hurt for his vassals to drink of a bit.

As green horns Xue Liao, Zi Mo Yan, and Bai Yao would drink, finding it extremely sweet, addicting, compelled to drink more.

Not conscious of the "more", till the effects kicked, and the violent demonic energy would erupt from within.

And so it went, Zi Mo Yan, and Xue Liao dazed, drunk, and amidst the cloudiness of their minds, demonic energy welled up like volcanic eruptions from within them.

Tremblings and pain till the fainted.

The only person different was Bai Yao, only sipping lightly even amidst the addicting taste of the wine.

Ogunrinde wasn't surprised, this Bai Yao mostly likely had insider information, and it could only be by...

As for him, he indulged freely, drinking neither hurriedly or unhurriedly as he ate exotic demon fruits and meat.

Seemingly drinking more than his three 3rd realm demonic commanders commanders together, yet not faltering, or erupting into seizures like Xue Liao and Zi Mo Yan presently.

For Bai Yao, He had been forewarned by his lord about this wine, but he couldn't dare to not drink, hence opting for drinking little in light sips.

But the violent boiling of demonic eruptions from within him was still nothing to scoff at, he was saved from seizures unlike his peers by his lesser amount.

But he still had turn, twist, from side to sides, dealing with the dangerous boiling energy in his body.

Was this the same wine the Master was drinking more freely like juice.

But it wasn't juice, right!

Bai Yao could see traces of intoxication from the other party, especially his thick blood red eyes and flushed face.

So having drank so much how come he was alright.

Bai Yao had mirror in his bossom with which he communicated with his lord, it was from his lord he had been warned before hand about this wine.

Sending his thought through the mirror, Bai Yao asked his lord, " My lord, how come he is okay "

Not long after Bai Yao heared a response through the mirror, " Don't be fooled by appearances, he is in a much precarious situation than all of you together, he's just tolerating it "

Bai Yao had always maintained propriety with his lord, but he couldn't help but slip up now!

" Uhn ?!"
