[Floor 19 Completed]
[Rewards have been placed in the inventory]
Xandros, dressed in a sleek black outfit, flicked the blood off his katana with a casual flourish. The last of the banshees fell behind him, its wail fading into silence.
"That makes nineteen," he muttered, spinning the blade once before sheathing it. His expression was calm, but a spark of pride burned in his eyes. One month ago, he'd gone on a break with his family, soaking in laughter and warmth. But now, he was back—focused, driven, relentless.
"Status," he commanded mentally.

Xandros raised an eyebrow, a grin tugging at the corner of his lips.
"Damn… A full tier jump in a month? That's insane. Guess this bloodline's not just for show." He exhaled, feeling the raw power humming beneath his skin. "Alright. One more floor."
He looked up, eyes gleaming.
"System. Floor twenty. Let's go."
FWOOSH!
In the blink of an eye, he was gone.
The moment he appeared on the 20th floor, a wave of scorching heat slammed into the area. A massive volcano loomed in the distance, lava flowing freely around its cracked ridges. The air shimmered, warped by intense temperature, but Xandros remained unfazed. As a Supreme Primordial, his body instantly adapted, his aura rising to match the pressure of the floor.
"System, show me the boss details."

The instant Xandros arrived, the searing heat wrapped around him like a molten cloak. Lava coursed down the sides of the enormous volcano in the center of the floor, bubbling and spitting as it flowed. The air shimmered, thick with heat and pressure. But Xandros stood still, unbothered. His black coat rustled in the furnace-like wind as his silver eyes calmly scanned the horizon.
ROOOAAARRR!!!
The ground trembled violently. Molten rocks cracked open near the base of the volcano, and from it emerged a titanic figure.
Fifteen meters tall.
Obsidian scales that gleamed like molten steel.
Eyes like twin furnaces, burning with ancient fury.
Lavaheart, the Lesser Dragon, took to the sky, its wings parting the smoke with hurricane force.
Xandros let out a slow breath, steam curling from his lips. He unsheathed his katana—Stormfang (New name of the Katana of Destruction)—the blade pulsing with barely contained elemental energy.
"Alright. Show me what you've got."
The dragon didn't hesitate.
A torrent of Draconic Fire Breath exploded from its mouth, the inferno barreling toward Xandros like a solar storm.
BOOM!
A massive explosion shook the entire field—but the figure at its center remained unmoved.
The smoke cleared—and Xandros stood there, his katana planted into the ground, his aura flaring around him like a silver sun. A dome of burning energy had shielded him just in time.
He lifted his head slowly.
And smiled.
FWOOM!
He vanished.
The dragon jerked its head, but it was too late.
Xandros reappeared above it, descending like a meteor. He slammed both feet into the dragon's skull, riding the beast down through the air.
CRAAAACK!
The dragon crashed into the rocky earth, sending lava shooting skyward in violent arcs.
But Xandros didn't stop.
The moment his feet touched down, he surged forward. His katana danced in his hands, cutting arcs of silver heat. He carved a trail along the dragon's flank, his Blazing Crescent slamming into the beast's shoulder.
ROARRR!!
Lavaheart countered, its tail whipping toward him at blistering speed.
Too slow.
Xandros slid beneath it, sparks flying as his boots skidded against the scorched stone. He brought Stormfang up in a diagonal slash, severing several scales.
Then—BOOM!—a burst of flame erupted beneath his feet as the dragon activated Bloodline Suppression.
A shockwave of draconic might spread outward, attempting to overwhelm him.
But instead of stumbling, Xandros' aura surged in defiance.
He smiled in amusement, swiping away the dragon's aura. Aura farming at its finest—feeding on the enemy's pressure, forcing himself to adapt and grow stronger in real-time. ( A/N: I know it's cringe, but I like it!!!!)
"Your bloodline's impressive," Xandros muttered, his voice low, calm, and grounded. "meh, never mind just kidding."
He smirked and lunged forward, his aura snapping like lightning across his skin. Every movement of his body sang with honed precision—no wasted effort, no hesitation.
Lavaheart flapped its wings, trying to take to the skies.
Too late.
Xandros launched upward after it, cutting through the air like a thunderbolt. He used Mana Step, leaving afterimages behind him as he danced up the sky.
WHOOSH—WHOOSH—WHOOSH!
He arrived directly in front of the dragon's face.
Then slashed downward.
KRA-KOOOM!!
A vertical crescent of heat and force carved into Lavaheart's snout, making the beast roar in agony.
The dragon retaliated with a flaming claw swipe—Xandros blocked with Stormfang, the impact throwing him backward in mid-air.
He flipped three times before landing on a floating rock jutting from the volcano's side.
He crouched, panting slightly, eyes locked on his foe.
Then he smiled again.
He stood tall—and raised his katana with both hands.
"Let's see if your scales can handle this…"
He poured elemental mana into Stormfang. The blade ignited with a white-hot glow, fire and lightning fusing along the edge. His Omni-Eye activated in a flicker, letting him trace the dragon's mana flow, heartbeats, and muscle contractions.
Then he moved.
A high-speed dash.
Each step sent cracks through the stone.
He closed the gap in a second—and swung.
SLAASHH!!
He sliced across the dragon's chest, breaking through the activated Draconic Scales.
Blood—thick, black, glowing—sprayed into the air.
The dragon shrieked, enraged.
Its entire body lit up with internal fire. Lavaheart pulled back for one final, desperate Draconic Fire Breath, charging it beyond normal limits. The volcano itself responded, rumbling violently as energy condensed in the dragon's throat.
Xandros raised his hand.
Then whispered.
"Tempest Fang."
The air distorted.
A massive wave of compressed fire, wind, and lightning burst from his katana in a wide arc—slamming into the dragon just as it released its own breath.
KA-THOOOOOM!!!
A white-hot explosion engulfed the battlefield.
The clash lit up the sky—shockwaves tearing through molten stone. Lava was thrown hundreds of meters into the air. Entire slabs of volcanic rock cracked and sank.
Silence followed.
Then—
THUD.
The dragon collapsed, smoke pouring from its scorched chest, its heart pierced.
Xandros stood over it, katana resting on his shoulder. Blood dripped down his cheek. His clothes were torn, body steaming—but his posture was unbroken.
His golden eyes looked down at the beast with calm respect.
"You were strong. But not strong enough."

Xandros turned his gaze toward the volcano one last time. His aura pulsed, stronger than before.
He smirked faintly.
Then vanished into the light.
