In a vast expanse of white and boundless beauty, a being without distinguishable features stood in contemplation. Its form, an ethereal silhouette filled with countless shimmering stars, radiated an aura of immeasurable power. After a moment of silence, the being made a decision.
"Recreate from origin and reverse to origin!"
The being's voice rang out, neither male nor female, but distorted and all-encompassing, reverberating through the endless white void.
At its command, a swirling mass of light emerged, slowly forming into a soul. From the soul, a human shape took form, refining itself with distinct human features. The newly-formed being remained still, its eyes closed as though in deep slumber.
"Awaken back to origin," the being commanded once more.
The figure's golden eyes snapped open. This was Xandros Darkhaven. Even after being erased from existence by a so-called True God, even after his very concepts had been nullified, he stood once more, perfectly restored to the peak of his human existence.
"W-What? H-How am I still alive?!" Xandros stammered, his voice trembling with a mix of shock and overwhelming joy. Not only was he alive, but his memories—all of them—had returned. The sensation of being truly alive washed over him, filling him with emotions he thought he had long since lost.
"Xandros Darkhaven! Welcome back, and congratulations on existing once more. I am certain you have recovered not only your memories but even more than that," the cosmic being declared.
Xandros lifted his gaze, his heart filled with reverence and gratitude. But as his restored mind pieced together the truth, his expression darkened. He now understood. He had been a slave—not just in his final life, but for 10,000 lifetimes. A pawn, exploited in ways he could hardly fathom. Realization struck him like a hammer, filling him with helplessness and fury. How could I have been so blind?
"Thank you for this opportunity, Great One, but... may I ask why I was granted this second chance? I-I'm scared—" Xandros hesitated, uncertainty creeping into his voice.
The being interrupted, sensing his fears.
"You are afraid of being used again, of becoming a slave once more. I understand. Rest assured, I have no such intentions. I am not an emotionless entity," it reassured him.
A weight lifted from Xandros's shoulders, but doubt still lingered.
"I shall explain why you were made a slave by a so-called True God. Would you like to hear it?" the being asked.
"Y-Yes, I will, Oh Great One," Xandros responded, eyes wide with anticipation.
"Please, just call me 'Origin' and feel free to speak without hesitation. Remember, I am not an emotionless being," the entity said gently.
"I understand, Origin," Xandros nodded, settling himself onto the vast white floor beneath him, preparing to listen.
"Good. Now, the reason you were targeted by a True God across all your lifetimes is because of your exceptionally strong and pure soul. The gods themselves do not possess souls as pure as yours. Your soul was an anomaly—untainted, unsullied, and beyond their reach. One particular entity sought to claim it for himself.
His name is Xarathys Korvus, the so-called God of Dominance and Cruelty. In your first lifetime, he was not yet a True God, but he sought ascension. He discovered that absorbing your soul could grant him what he desired. However, he could not simply take it from you. Instead, he devised a method: he would subject you to endless cycles of despair and hope, forcing you into a soul contract under the guise of a 'golden finger' or a system.
Through these contracts, his subsidiary absorbed fragments of your soul in exchange for temporary power. He repeated this process for 10,000 lifetimes, eroding your soul bit by bit, until it was finally corroded enough for him to absorb completely. Once he succeeded, he erased your very existence to cover his tracks.
Such methods are frowned upon even among the highest beings. While it does not disrupt the grand scheme of things, it is an inhumane violation of the cosmic balance. Xarathys will face judgment for his actions.
Do you understand now, young one?"
Xandros sat in stunned silence. His expression shifted rapidly, reflecting the turmoil in his mind. Horror, anger, regret, sadness—all flooded him at once.
"So that's why I was losing my emotions, my sense of self... he was leeching my very soul away. Hah... I was a slave for 10,000 lifetimes... I'm even more pathetic than I thought," he muttered bitterly.
Origin, sensing his despair, intervened.
"Do not think of yourself as pathetic, young one. You saved trillions of planets and countless lives. The karma you have accumulated is infinite, just like the very concept of existence itself. You shall have your revenge, but more importantly, you shall live a truly fulfilling life this time."
Xandros looked up, surprised by those words.
"Another reason your karma is infinite is because of the new form of energy you created—within a game that I designed. You were the only being to create an energy stronger and purer than even Origin Energy itself," Origin revealed.
"Wait... that game was your creation? And the energy I discovered... it was real?" Xandros asked in disbelief.
"Indeed. The game was designed eons ago, with the sole purpose of recreating the energy that existed at the beginning of existence. Countless have attempted, but none succeeded—until you. Not only did you recreate it, you forged something even greater."
"Wow... And here I thought it was just a game," Xandros murmured, overwhelmed.
"And so, young one, your potential now exceeds the very fabric of existence. Chaos, Void, Infinity, Balance, Fate, Destiny—none shall control you. Even I would not be able to," Origin declared.
Xandros sighed. "I know I should be amazed, but... I hope you're not about to give me some grand mission. No demon king to fight, no universal catastrophe to fix? I'm tired."
Origin chuckled softly. "No. Your new life is yours to live. Whether you choose revenge or simply wish to enjoy existence, you are free. No one controls you anymore. You are your own being. However, before you begin this new chapter, I must integrate the Supreme Energy into your very existence. Do you consent?"
Xandros took a deep breath and smiled. "Yeah, I'd love that."
"Very well. What shall you name this energy?"
Xandros pondered for a moment. "Hmm... How about 'Supreme Energy'? Simple but fitting, right?"
"A great name," Origin affirmed. "Now, let us begin..."
"Hmm… so another Big Bang is about to happen inside me?" Xandros asked, his voice filled with confusion.
"Yes, essentially another Big Bang," Origin confirmed with an amused tone.
"And I won't die or explode from this?" Xandros questioned again, narrowing his eyes.
"Do not worry, young one. You are completely safe," Origin reassured him calmly.
Xandros took a deep breath before nodding. "Alright then, you may proceed." He closed his eyes, bracing himself for what was to come.
"Very well," Origin intoned.
A radiant golden orb materialized in its hands—a manifestation of Supreme Energy itself. Without hesitation, Origin gently placed the orb into Xandros' soul.
The moment it merged with him, the orb vibrated as if acknowledging its creator. And then—it happened.
A cosmic eruption unfolded within Xandros.
New time, space, and infinite concepts bloomed into existence. The very fabric of balance, chaos, fate, and every conceivable law came into being. Following that, all forms of energy across existence manifested—Chi, Qi, Mana, Arcane, Aether, Soul Energy, and more.
This process continued for nearly a month, reshaping Xandros at an unfathomable level.
When he finally opened his eyes, he had undergone an astonishing transformation. His appearance had ascended beyond human limitations—his beauty was otherworldly, ethereal yet untouchable, exuding a purity that inspired awe rather than lust. His golden eyes shimmered like galaxies, and a floating crown of radiant light hovered just above his head.
At that moment, he was the embodiment of perfection.
He had become something unprecedented—a Supreme Primordial Human. A being that had never existed, nor had even been conceived of, until this very day.
Xandros flexed his fingers, marveling at the overwhelming power coursing through his body. "Whoa… I feel amazing. This energy inside me… it's almost unimaginable." He paused before frowning slightly. "But… why can't I use it, Origin?"
Origin responded with serene patience. "Although you created Supreme Energy and now contain an entire existence within yourself, power of this magnitude cannot be wielded instantly. You must grow stronger, gradually learning to harness it over time. However, rest assured—no one in the current existence will be able to stop you.
I structured it this way so that you can live a normal life while progressing, without losing yourself or becoming intoxicated by absolute power."
Xandros chuckled, nodding in appreciation. "Ah, that makes sense. Thanks for the consideration, Origin."
"It is an honor," Origin replied in a rare tone of sincerity.
After a brief pause, Origin continued. "Now, regarding how you will efficiently harness this power… you will need a guide—a system."
Xandros blinked in surprise. "A system? Like those ones from my past lives?"
"Yes, but this will be different. Unlike the systems you were previously enslaved by, this one will be entirely yours. You will create it yourself."
Xandros raised an eyebrow. "I can create it?"
"Indeed. Using the Law of Creation embedded within your soul, you can generate any resource or mechanism you require. Remember, your soul now contains an entire existence—one far more powerful than the current reality. However, with great creation comes complexity, and even someone like you will need guidance."
Origin paused before adding, "Before you refuse, let me make this clear—this system will not control you. You will design it, and I will provide you with a template. More importantly, I will transfer all of my knowledge to the system's spirit."
Xandros' eyes widened. "Wait… all of your knowledge?"
"Yes. As I stand above all of existence, my knowledge is omniscient, omnipotent, and boundless. I do not say this out of arrogance—it is simply the truth. By transferring my knowledge to the system's spirit, it will become as powerful as I am."
Xandros was momentarily speechless.
"Of course," Origin continued, "you will eventually surpass both me and the system. But until that day comes, having such an entity by your side will be invaluable in avoiding unseen dangers."
Xandros exhaled deeply before smirking. "Hah… creating my own system, huh? Now that sounds interesting."
