Every cell in Jesse's body felt like it was exploding at the sensation and his heart beated faster than it had ever done before.
Kehinde broke away and the kiss ended as quickly as it had started, leaving Jesse thirsting for more.
"Goodbye, Jesse." she said softly.
Before Jesse could say a word, she ran past him into the corridor, and she was gone.
Jesse stood there, unmoving, still trying to process all that had happened.
It felt so unreal and dreamlike, but this was no dream. Kehinde had definitely kissed him.
'Didn't she hate me?'
Jesse wasn't experienced at all in romance, but he knew girls didn't go around kissing guys who they absolutely loathed.
So, why did she kiss him?
Was this just some cruel prank or something like that?
'No, that doesn't make sense.' Jesse thought.
But how else would he explain what just happened? He couldn't think of anything that would make sense.
