The Deep Blue potion emitted a faint halo of Magic Power, and under the illumination of the lights, it had an enchanting allure!
"Completed the mileage 'The Transformation of the World'. Earn 1 Mileage Points."
Light stared at the potion in his hand, entranced. Ignoring the message from the stone stele, he said in a daze:
"The potion that turns Muggles into wizards is finally done! Yes! Right now, the transformation of the world is in my hands!"
"Enough!" Professor Snape, who had been expressionless all along, now wore a look of panic and... murderous intent!
Professor Snape first cast a murderous look at Light, who was still in a state of intoxication.
Then he took a deep breath, forcing himself to shift his gaze. He then looked at Boggin, who had picked up his wand and was warily staring at him and John.
John instinctively sensed that the two people in front of him had become extremely dangerous, but he couldn't understand why the situation had suddenly turned like this. He wanted to be on guard, but he was completely naked.
Just as John was about to surrender to save his life, a burly figure appeared and pulled John behind him to protect him.
The four of them faced each other in a triangular standoff!
"How much did you hear?" Professor Snape's voice was hoarse, and his tone was filled with undisguised murderous intent!
Garcia waved his hand to signal John not to speak. After a moment of silence, he said, "Do you believe me if I say I just arrived?"
"Humph!" Boggin sneered when he saw Garcia wearing a hodgepodge of Alchemical Spells props that were all emitting Magic Power fluctuations.
After the sneer, there was another moment of silence. Professor Snape looked at the people present and felt a bit troubled.
If he could, he'd kill everyone here and bury the potion that gives Muggles Magic Power for good!
But the problem was that the people present were not easy to kill. One was the owner of a Dark Magic shop, and the other was the leader of the werewolves, full of Alchemical Spells props.
The former had been through so many years in Knockturn Alley, and no one knew how many tricks he had up his sleeve!
The latter had led the ostracized werewolf clan to build a business in Knockturn Alley. He must have experienced more ups and downs than himself, who had only gone through one wizarding war and then become a professor.
Boggin thought the same way. Although he had brought a lot of life - saving items because he had been ambushed by Light before.
But it was unrealistic to kill two obviously formidable wizards.
Among the three, Garcia was the most uncomfortable one. He had finally seen hope and came here with all his belongings.
And then he 'accidentally' heard such news that could subvert the entire wizarding world.
This was a tough situation. He couldn't get the medicine for treatment, and one wrong move could cost him his life.
After the three of them had been in a stand - off for some time, Light finally came to his senses. He took a quick look at the message sent from the stone stele: Potions: 7; Care of Magical Creatures: 3. He nodded in satisfaction.
"What are you guys doing?" Light looked at the three of them who were on high alert in confusion. John didn't count because he still didn't know what was going on.
There was complete silence, and no one answered Light's question. In this situation, no one dared to be the first to speak.
Seeing that no one responded to him and feeling the chilling atmosphere around, Light began to wake up. He couldn't help but swallow hard, and a cold sweat broke out on his forehead.
The wizarding world has always repelled the Muggle world. However, due to the rapid development of the Muggle world, they had no choice but to recruit Muggle wizards on a large scale.
This simple change led to a backlash from Voldemort himself!
Now, there's a potion that can give ordinary Muggles Magic Power. The commotion this could cause would be so huge that even Old Dumbledore might be drowned in it.
If everyone was like John, a guy who doesn't even know what to have for dinner, it wouldn't be a problem. But the three people facing each other here are no good guys!
Thinking of this, Light fell silent. His mind raced as he tried to figure out a way to break the deadlock.
John originally thought Light could break this inexplicable deadlock. But now, he became part of it. John scratched his head anxiously.
After a long while, Light spoke up and offered a solution.
"Let's make an Unbreakable Vow!"
As soon as Light finished speaking, the tense atmosphere suddenly eased. Apparently, everyone present knew about this Spell, except John.
"What's an Unbreakable Vow?" After noticing the atmosphere wasn't so tense, John let out a sigh of relief and dared to speak.
To further ease the tense atmosphere, Light explained, "An Unbreakable Vow is made when two people grasp each other's arms, make a vow, and there's a witness!"
"One of the two makes a promise, and the other responds. Those who break the promise will die!"
"I agree!" Garcia spoke up first. Maybe he was the one who most wanted this vow to be made.
His friends and family had just escaped the werewolf life of living from hand to mouth. He really didn't want them to be involved in a turmoil that would affect the entire wizarding world.
"I can do it!" Professor Snape let out a long breath, put away his vigilant look, and his eyes became empty again.
"For him, as long as the secret of this potion doesn't leak right in front of him, or at least before he completes his redemption, it's okay!"
"Looks like I have no choice. Then who will be the witness!"
Seeing that everyone present agreed, Boggin knew he had to say something or else he might get in trouble.
"Light, you be the witness!" After thinking for a moment and getting Garcia and Boggin's consent, Professor Snape said to Light.
Light didn't refuse. After all, this was kind of his fault, and there was nothing to argue about.
"Who goes first!" Light looked at the four people present.
"I'll go first! I'll be the responder." Garcia pushed down John, who was about to step forward, walked up to Light first, and stretched out his thick arm.
"Then I'll do it!" Professor Snape glanced at Boggin, who wasn't moving, walked to the opposite side of Garcia, and reached out to hold his arm.
Garcia also held Professor Snape's arm.
"The content of the vow is: Do not reveal any information about the potion that can give Muggles Magic Power!"
Seeing the two nod, Light raised his wand and pointed it at their arms.
As soon as Garcia agreed, a tongue of fire shot out from the tip of Light's wand, wrapped around their arms where they made the vow, and bound them.
Finally, there was a flash of fire, and the tongue of fire disappeared. The vow was established.
"It's your turn!" Professor Snape looked at Boggin. He clearly didn't trust this old fox.
"Then I'll be the responder!"
Boggin ignored Professor Snape's suspicious look and gave a greasy smile.
Light witnessed the oath being made again. A flash of fire, and the oath was re - established!
"Then who should I make the oath with?" Light looked at the four of them, blinking his eyes and asked.
"No need! You don't have to! That'll do!" Garcia said with a smile, stopping Light from taking action.
Just as John was about to say something, Garcia pushed him back.
Light didn't react immediately. Seeing his hesitant expression, Professor Snape also told him that he didn't have to make the oath.
Light glanced at Boggin and noticed that he also acquiesced to the idea that there was no need to make the oath.
Since that was the case, Light didn't dwell on it. Instead, he asked Garcia about the situation after they got back.
