Reinhard, Kael, and Elizabeth finally located Oryn.
He was sleeping with his guard down.
Kael handed Reinhard a small vial and whispered, "Inject him with this. Uncle Malric said it'll knock him out for hours."
Reinhard nodded, stepped forward, and carefully administered the drug. Oryn twitched in pain, momentarily waking up—then, almost instantly, slipped back into unconsciousness.
They brought his unconscious body to GenKai, the human government's facility.
When Oryn awoke, the first thing he saw was Elizabeth.
And then, with no warning, no hesitation—he assaulted her.
Reinhard stood frozen, too shocked to even blink. His entire body went numb as Elizabeth screamed, struggling against Oryn's brute strength.
Kael turned to Reinhard, his voice disturbingly calm.
"Are you going to kill him?"
Reinhard's eyes widened. "No! I don't kill living beings! I'll stop him, knock him out if I have to, but I will not kill!"
He rushed forward to stop the nightmare unfolding before him—but before he could reach Oryn, a squad of human soldiers blocked his path.
Kael stood at the front, silent.
"Kael, what the fuck are you doing?!" Reinhard screamed, tears streaming down his face.
Two soldiers grabbed Reinhard, pinning his arms and legs to the ground, forcing him to watch.
He watched as Oryn violated Elizabeth, and he couldn't move. Couldn't help. Couldn't even look away.
Elizabeth's eyes were wide in horror—then slowly rolled back as her body went limp, unconscious from the trauma.
Kael, shaking, tears in his eyes, looked down at Reinhard.
"Thank you, Reinhard," he whispered. "You're the gem that made my plan perfect."
Reinhard stared at him, stunned, unable to speak.
Kael continued.
"You remember how we lower-class humans are protected by the land of YangPass? How our weak aura keeps the stronger beings away?"
Reinhard didn't respond.
Kael crouched beside him, voice cold.
"We're different. Our bloodline carries traits from both worlds. Our ancestor, a noble, sent his sperm into YangPass via artificial means. That's why we can survive in both places."
He pointed toward Oryn.
"Oryn is a violent creature. Lustful. And nature gave him a special gift—he can impregnate almost any species."
Reinhard's breath caught in his throat.
Kael leaned closer.
"Oryn's child with your sister will inherit his violence—and the ability to enter both YangPass and the outside world. That child will become the perfect weapon."
He stood up, voice now hard and bitter.
"With it, we'll wipe out all the weak humans living in YangPass. Then we'll use 50% of lower class humans bodies for research."
Reinhard's eyes trembled.
"You want to know the real deal between the nobles and the sadists?" Kael said. "We will give them other 50% lower class humans to eat. The more organisms they eat , the better the genes of their offsprings . And humans? We're second on the list of species that boost their genetics the most."
A cruel smile crossed Kael's face.
"They get food. The nobles get peace. We get nothing."
He looked down at Reinhard one last time.
"You'll be sent to prison for nine months. After that, I want you to see it all. Watch Oryn wipe out the lower-class humans you care about. I want to see your face when that happens."
Reinhard didn't reply.
His body was shivering. His lips trembled. His eyes hollowed—shattered.
And then he was taken away.
Silent. Broken. Alone.
