Chapter 72 - Alice Louise Ove Nafal

The private jet landed smoothly at London's Heathrow International Airport, precisely at 10 PM. The air was cooler compared to Tokyo, with the summer night breeze gently blowing across the runway.

Exiting the aircraft cabin, Ren stepped out leisurely, followed by Hayasaka Ai, his loyal personal maid and concubine, always ready to cater to his sexual desires. Under the bright airport lights, Hayasaka's blonde hair shimmered, and her black-and-white maid uniform appeared impeccably neat without a single crease.

Inside the airport, a sea of people, mostly Caucasians, bustled about. Some wore formal attire, while others looked more relaxed, typical of tourists who had just arrived or were about to depart.

Hayasaka walked beside Ren, asking softly, "Ren-sama, would you like to rest at the hotel first before meeting the witch?"

"I've rested enough on the plane. No need to waste time." Ren declined.

"Understood." Hayasaka nodded obediently.

However, before they could proceed further, a group of men in black suits suddenly approached. Their steps were orderly and disciplined, their aura clearly not that of ordinary people.

"Oh, interesting." Ren smiled faintly.

Among the men, a middle-aged woman walked at the forefront.

She stood with an upright posture, her face serious. With silver-framed glasses perched on her nose, she gave off the impression of a strict teacher—or more accurately, a stern housekeeper.

Dressed in expensive yet simple formal attire, the woman appeared well-maintained for her age. At first glance, she looked like a woman in her late thirties, though the aura she exuded was more mature and authoritative.

Once in front of Ren, the woman bowed slightly in respect, then spoke in a respectful tone.

"Welcome to London, King Ren."

Ren gazed at her for a moment before asking casually, "Who are you?"

Although he could already sense the magical energy emanating from her and the group of men she led, Ren still wanted to hear her answer directly.

"I am the protector, housekeeper, and Head Servant of Her Highness Princess Alice Louise Ove Nafal. My name is Patricia Veve Ericson."

After introducing herself, Patricia immediately explained the purpose of her visit.

"We have come on the orders of Princess Alice, who foresaw your arrival through her prophecy. She has long awaited your coming, King Ren."

Hearing this, Ren smiled faintly, slightly impressed by the witch he was about to meet.

'As I expected, Alice possesses extraordinary divination skills. Even more accurate than most Hime-Miko in Japan,' he thought to himself.

"Alice being able to recruit a servant as strong and loyal as you is enough to demonstrate her superiority."

Hearing direct praise from the Seventh Campione, Patricia smiled slightly but maintained her professional demeanor.

"Your praise honors me, King. I am merely—"

However, before Patricia could finish her sentence, Ren raised his hand slightly, stopping her.

"Enough with the formalities. Since Alice already knows I'm coming, she must also know the purpose of my visit. Let's cut to the chase—take me to Alice."

Patricia did not want to offend the Devil King of Earth by delaying. Thus, with an obedient nod, she immediately signaled to her subordinates.

"Of course, please follow me, King."

With an elegant demeanor, Patricia guided Ren and Hayasaka out of the airport.

Outside, a long black limousine was waiting, with several men in suits standing nearby.

They were not bodyguards to protect Ren—since Campiones needed no protection—but rather disaster preventers, ensuring no one would inadvertently provoke a dangerous figure like Ren.

Without wasting time, Ren and Hayasaka entered the limousine, sitting comfortably on the plush seats.

Once the door closed, the limousine immediately left the airport, driving through the still-bustling streets of London late at night.

Their destination: Greenwich, where Alice Louise Ove Nafal, the Sage Princess, awaited their meeting.

As the capital of England, London's reputation rivals that of Milan or Rome. Its beauty cannot be described with simple words. The city is not only economically rich but also steeped in a long history that has shaped it into the center of European civilization.

One of the most luxurious areas in London is Hampstead, a district filled with grand mansions and green trees that provide tranquility for its residents. This is where aristocrats, tycoons, and politicians gather, far from the city's noise.

Near a serene lake stands a building that resembles a medieval castle. With its vast courtyard, four towering floors, and turrets at every corner, the place looks like a palace from a fairy tale. This building is the Silver Dusk Palace, which was once part of the Whitehall Palace before being renovated and turned into a private residence.

To the average person, they might assume the owner of this place is an elderly noble from a prestigious family. However, the owner is actually a young woman named Alice Louise Ove Nafal.

The daughter of the Duke of Goddodin, who was the former Speaker of the Witenagemot, Alice now serves as a special advisor. Among European nobility, she is better known by her title as the White Princess or Sage Princess.

Aside from her extraordinary beauty, Alice is also known as the most desired woman to marry among European men. Not only because of her angelic face or pure noble blood, but also due to her personality, which radiates grace and intelligence.

However, behind all the praise and elegance, Alice is currently feeling pressured.

The reason?

Because a man is coming to her place tonight—a man known as the Seventh Campione, the Devil King of the East.

Alice stood in front of the gates of the Silver Dusk Palace, accompanied by a line of neatly arranged maids. Her long, silvery-blue dress fluttered slightly in the night breeze.

Her emerald-green eyes gazed at the road, waiting for Rokuhara Ren's arrival.

In her heart, Alice could only hope that this man was as rational as the Black Prince Alec. If he had a personality like Marquis Voban or Luo Hao, then London would undoubtedly face chaos tonight.

Not long after, a black limousine slowly stopped in front of the gate. A butler promptly opened the door, and a young man stepped out calmly.

With an upright posture and a dominant aura, Ren stood under the streetlight. His handsome face and sharp gaze could intimidate anyone who looked at him.

Behind him, Hayasaka followed loyally.

Alice stepped forward, gracefully lifting her skirt slightly, then bowed politely.

"Welcome to London, Your Majesty King Ren."

Alice's voice was soft and full of grace. A faint smile graced her face, but her eyes were filled with caution.

Meanwhile, Ren observed Alice from head to toe.

Her shimmering platinum-blonde hair, beautiful green eyes, porcelain-like skin, and voluptuous body hidden beneath her elegant dress. She was not only beautiful but also possessed an alluring aura that was hard to describe with words.

"Not bad." Ren commented with a satisfied tone.

Alice smiled faintly and lowered her head slightly. "Thank you for the compliment, Your Majesty."

After a brief exchange of formalities, Alice then said, "Let us speak in a more comfortable place."

Ren nodded and followed Alice into the Silver Dusk Palace.

Inside the palace, they were led to a luxurious living room adorned with classic European decor. Persian carpets, plush sofas, a large bookshelf filled with ancient literature, and a softly glowing crystal chandelier adorned the room.

Alice sat elegantly on the main sofa, while Ren sat across from her casually. Hayasaka stood by Ren's side, maintaining her formal demeanor as his personal maid.

Alice turned to the maid beside her and said in a calm voice, "Prepare black tea. One set of sweet tea and one set of bitter tea."

The maid hesitated slightly but nodded obediently. "Understood, Princess."

Soon after, the gentle aroma of tea filled the room.

"Greetings, King Ren. I wonder why you have suddenly decided to visit my humble abode today?" Alice began the conversation politely, yet with a tone full of caution.
