Two gigantic shadows suddenly hopped over the wall, crawling down the wall within seconds.
These beasts were large, about the size of an armoured tank. Just like the smaller spiders they were covered in sharp spikes and had a myriad of multiple eyes on their heads, only this time they were more oppressive.
Their bodies shimmered in the soft light as though coated by metal and their spikes looked as strong as steel. They were also fast, far faster than any spider they had previously fought.
The soldiers panicked, fumbling with their weapons and before they could orient themselves, the beasts were already upon them.
Clang!
Ark ran in front of one of the soldiers, defending her from a massive swipe. His entire body vibrated from the impact, his hands trembled and he gritted his teeth.
He put his strength into his arms and barely managed to shove the spider back.
"You guys handle the other spider I'll take—"
