The exhaustion on the face of Chief Hanks was evident. Anyone could tell easily that this whole issue and uprising against him was beginning to take its toll. He had come to that alley and there the forensic team had already started sweeping the area for evidence.
"Anything new, Bane?" He asked the guy.
"Chief, it's the same as before from what I can tell. No fingerprints which is strange but still have those ligature markings around the neck where the victims were being held. My guess is that he grabs them by the neck and then does this." Bane suggested.
"In other words, he grabs them and then makes them take whatever he's giving them?" Chief Hanks demanded.
"Well, Sir. I don't know yet about what he's giving them. There's nothing seemingly harmful in their body system and that somewhat rules out that as pending response. However, I know he grabs them." Bane explained.
