"I'm done eating." Ryuya Hattori finished first, donned his mask, and left.
He was almost as busy as Kakuzu.

"I'm done too." Jūzō put down his chopsticks.
Orochimaru also set down his utensils.
The two left one after the other—no doubt heading off to conduct some kind of research.
"Haruto, what exactly is your plan?" Tsunade couldn't help but ask again. "Kirigakure is coming at you full force, and your biggest trump card has been exposed. Luckily, Gutian Village's secret hasn't been revealed to the outside world yet, or else you'd be in serious trouble…"
"Relax, relax. Just eat your food." Haruto Saito turned to Jiraiya. "By the way, Jiraiya-sama, have you explored Gutian Village? The nightlife here is quite something…"
"Is that so…?" Jiraiya didn't seem to catch his meaning.
Neither did Tsunade.
"You see, I've been thinking of relocating all the entertainment establishments in Gutian Village to one central district. But there's a problem… If we force them to move, some might choose to leave the village entirely. After all, Gutian Village isn't Konoha—it doesn't have the kind of environment that makes people unwilling to leave…" Haruto Saito mused.
Jiraiya's eyes lit up for a moment, but he quickly masked his reaction, pretending to be casual. "Oh? So you're planning to develop Gutian Village's commercial sector, just like in Konoha?"
"Exactly!" Haruto Saito nodded.
Jiraiya's eating speed noticeably increased!
Tsunade seemed to realize something, glaring at Jiraiya before kicking Haruto Saito under the table!
Haruto Saito winced but kept smiling.
Clack!
Jiraiya set his empty bowl down abruptly and stood up. "I'm going for a walk!" In a flash, he disappeared!
Of course, he was off to "donate" to the girls in the entertainment district! And if those girls felt so grateful that they insisted on repaying him with their affection… well, Jiraiya likely wouldn't refuse!
"Scoundrels! All of you! Shameless!" Tsunade muttered angrily.
"Come on, don't be so mad. Jiraiya-sama doesn't even have a girlfriend… Ow!" Haruto Saito yelped.
Tsunade kicked him again.
"Damn rascal," she cursed.
"No need to be so fiery! Fine, fine, I'll tell you my plan!" Haruto Saito quickly changed the subject. Then he smirked. "Actually, let's finish dinner first…"
After dinner—
Haruto Saito strolled outside, a toothpick in his mouth.
"Haruto, are you going to tell me or not?" Tsunade demanded impatiently.
"Come to my place," he replied casually.
Tsunade shot him a look of disdain. She already had an idea of what he was planning. Going into Haruto Saito's room? That could only mean trouble! But she didn't refuse. Instead, she clenched her fists. If he tried anything, she would teach him a lesson!
Even if she couldn't win, she would fight—after all, Haruto Saito wouldn't dare hit her back.
A few minutes later—
In Haruto Saito's room.
Several scrolls were spread out on the table. Haruto Saito unfurled a large map and began explaining his plan to Tsunade. He was serious—so serious that she lost her excuse to punch him.
In just over ten minutes, Haruto Saito finished explaining.
"This… could work… but…" Tsunade was stunned, holding a detailed strategy document. If this plan succeeded, it would be catastrophic for Kirigakure. But its feasibility was still uncertain.
Only Haruto Saito was completely confident!
Throughout ninja history, no one had ever used a method like this to wipe out an entire ninja army!
"Tsunade-sama, I have one last scroll. Do you want to see it?" Haruto Saito playfully waved the scroll in his hand.
"What is it?" Tsunade asked, looking up. "Give it to me!"
"Are you sure?" Haruto Saito grinned.
"What? I can't see it?"
"Of course, you can. Just making sure."
"Hand it over!"
"Alright!"
Haruto Saito unrolled the scroll, revealing a flower hidden inside. Tsunade barely glanced at it before opening the scroll.
After just two lines, her face turned bright red!
It wasn't a strategy document—it was a love letter from Haruto Saito!
Filled with words too embarrassing to read aloud!
Creak!
Haruto Saito pulled out a chair, knelt on one knee, and held up the flower.
"Dearest Tsunade, will you marry me?"
