In the center of the throne room, Catrine and Rudolf stood side by side, facing the princes and princesses seated on the left side of the room.
In front of them was a small table, upon which rested a milky white crystal ball.
"Alright, princes and princesses, I'll explain the test you're about to take," Catrine said casually, adjusting her glasses. "This test isn't too difficult. You won't be doing anything strenuous like hunting or combat. It's a basic assessment."
She turned her gaze toward the crystal ball and continued, "This is a magic attribute test. Through this crystal, we can determine which magical attributes you possess. So..."
Her eyes returned to the princes and princesses, now sharp and probing, as she asked, "Who wants to go first?"
As soon as the question was asked, the princes and princesses grew nervous, their anxiety evident—especially those between the ages of ten and sixteen.
