The battlefield descended into chaos, with cries of pain and shouts of battle blending into a deafening roar. Xiao Hei and Xiao Bai leaped into the fray. Xiao Hei, wreathed in black flames, incinerated the strange birds in his path, while Xiao Bai shot out ice shards, knocking them out of the sky.
Lin Yuan, Xiao Hei, and Xiao Bai fought their way through the battlefield and rushed to General Lin's camp to report the news.
"I get it!" Lin Jiwu's eyes turned cold. "These birds come from the mutated cavalry's heads. If we don't stop the source, the enemy will never stop."

"I see..." the Valley Master added. "The Hu Kingdom's madness isn't random. They've likely been corrupted by the Soul - Binding Pearl, which is why they started this senseless war. Once the mind is corrupted, desires run wild, and people will stop at nothing."
Lin Yuan nodded, inhaling sharply. As he stared at the danger-laden mountain, he knew the outcome of his mission hinged on this fight.
