Soon enough we began to make our way through the jungle towards the destination of the Vantage point overlooking the rest of the deep jungle.
But since the Orcs and Goblins who were the closest monsters to the edge of the Jungle were now gone the only thing that hindered our journey was the thick underbrush and the random beasts that appeared in our path, boat of which were Boars for the most part.
After roughly an hour or so we finally reached the vantage point that I had notified them about, and it was just as breathtaking as I last saw it.
The floating mountainous island in the sky covered in a thick canopy of wood that has massive roots that stretched under the island proper.
And on those roots one could see what appeared to be massive runes that gave off an ethereal glow to them, possibly being the reason they float themselves being due to some ancient elven magic that allows their islands to keep floating in the sky.
Their also seemed to be a light aquamarine green glow that covered the island that originated from the top where a massive tree overtook the mountain in the center, no doubt it was that Elf's World Tree.
"This…. Is truly a wonderful sight…." Kijo couldn't help but mutter at the sight of this beautiful landscape before us as the Jungle spread out for miles on end.
"From what my Monsters have told me is that mountain range that you can see to the far west is inhabited by Dragons and Dragonoid monsters, to the south the jungle turns into a massive Marshlands and towards the north is where the Jagged Coastal Moutains can be found, I decided to give them that name since those mountains are keeping us out of the new world except the entrance of Frontier Point after all." I go onto explain about the overall locations that I know about.
Right behind Kijo her Demihuman maid and attendant as it seemed began writing everything I said down, but what was peculiar was her eyes were always closed as she kept writing down the information I had given out.
"And obviously the floating island is an Elven refuge for some New World Elves at that." I said as Kijo nodded before looking back at her attendant who silently nodded as she had wrote everything down.
"Excellent, this is the most valuable information we have gotten in the last several years since Frontiers Point was even formed, even though there had been expeditions but none ever returned…." Kijo said with a thoughtful look while I sweated internally.
'That's because the Goblins and Orcs killed them when they encroached on their territory, especially since they had no monster tamer to come along as a translator.' I thought to myself but didn't want to voice them at all.
"Men! Get to work! We shall cut through the swaths of trees to build an encampment along with making a pathway towards the existing road outside the town!" She said to which the soldiers saluted before work began to get done.
As we made our way through the Jungle, Kijo had her maid leave markers along the path we took so they would know the locations of the trees to be cut down.
The soldiers began to cut down trees rather easily while two mages they had to use they're magics to move the fallen trees and remove the stumps in the process.
"I thank you for showing us this amazing discovery here in the New World, I think a sufficient reward is in order for the aid you have given us." She says to me while I just run my hand through the back of my messy hair.
"Well as much as I like the reward for showing you this location Ms. Daigo, there's something I'd rather ask of you instead." I told her as she gave me a questioning look.
So I took a deep breath and I began to recant the story of how I ended up here in the New World.

"…. Haaaa…. I have heard of their shady dealing back in the Old World but I didn't think they'd go this far here in the New World, I've been cautious of the Shale Shark Company for awhile and promptly kept my branch from making any major dealings with them due to all the things they are known for." She said shaking her head in exasperation.
"I'm sorry but my company alone can't do anything for you substantial as is, the only thing that my company can do is to delay any travels between here and the Old World since our Ships are the exclusive ships that have been created to travel such long distances so as for now that's the best that I can do." She told me which made me sigh at hearing that.
"However, there is a way to oust them from the New World, in six months the new Lord will be here to take over the City, but in the meantime the City is run by the five major merchant companies and if you can get at least Three of the 5 Major Merchant companies to agree to a Vote then the Shale Shark Company can be kicked out from Frontiers Point for good and you can earn your freedom as a result." Kijo said giving me some hope.
"Lucky for you thanks to this I can definitely give you my vote on this whole situation of yours so all you need is the approval of two more major merchant companies and they can be kicked out for good." And hearing that made me even more glad along with a goal.
The Brandersnatch Traveling Company.
Orion & Son's Mining Company.
Drakons Dungeon Explorers.
The Merchants Association.
Lastly, but unfortunately, The Shale Shark Company.
These five Companies made up the five major merchant groups here in Frontier Point and were the main leaders of the city until the new Noble Lord was to take their place as the leader here in the New World.
Knowing one already had my back I needed to get two more on my side so they could go and put it to a vote to strip the Shale Shark Company of their influence here in the New World before sending them back towards the Old World and ridding me of my worries.
And I knew who to look to most of all who I could convince to help me, Orion and Drakon companies will be the best to getting the votes I need to get the Shale Shark Company out of here and gain my freedom.
So now I had a new goal, if I could find a way to a rare ore vein here in the new world and a New World Dungeon, if I can find both an unclaimed Ore Vein and a Dungeon I have a way of getting the favor of Orion and Drakon companies as a result of my finds.
That just means I needed to adventure forth deeper into the New World, finding New Monsters to tame and new locals to explore even at that.
"Well then…." I said while looking off into the distance, "Guess I better get to work…."
