Basically the title, maybe in the story adam was made by God and Lilith by the angels, so that's why she felt inferior to him.
Adam would have had the eyes of the lord up until sin was introduced, and him choosing eve over edan, making his power sealed away.
But when the fight at the hotel finally awakens his power, just wanting lucifer to die and all of sin to die with him, and his eyes finally come back, and he kicks the shit out of everyone, but he leaves lucifer alive wingless permanently when he hears about the redeemed sinner.
Nothing much changed about Adam, the eyes of the lord make him cocky and now even the angels he works for fear him, since if they fight he will only get stronger.
