"Her name is Zaza…." Sasha muttered, flicking her gaze down to the ground. "She was my twin sister."
"Oh!" Jake exclaimed, his lips trickling up and down. He didn't know how, but he could somehow pictured her twin sister in his thoughts.
"She died. Three years ago." A faint tremble crept into her words as she tries to pressed in her soaked tears that were threatening to pour out.
Jake's expression for her suddenly softened, and he took a step closer to Sasha as if to pet her on her shoulders. But he didn't. He just rest his hands besides the tree.
"I'm so sorry about that." Jake said, his voice was really filled with genuine empathy. He felt like crying too, but he just had to hold them. He was the man here for Crissake.
Sasha's eyes, slowly fluttered closed, and she took a deep breath before opening them again. Her eyes were sturked at Jakes own.
"I know you must be wondering why I'm saving your ass." she posed, narrowing her eye brows at him like a judge.
