Down below, fueled by leftover necromancer magic, the scattered bones started to move. They pulled themselves back together, quickly reforming into the skeleton sheep.
The former Dragon looked down at its new, small body. It looked left, then right, and let out a wondering bleat. "How strange! I've become a sheep skeleton!"
Then, it trotted off on its short legs, moving surprisingly fast. It ran right through the lines of shocked elf soldiers, straight up to Renjiro, and looked up at him.
"H-how, how did you do that, Elf King?" the sheep-dragon asked, its voice now high-pitched and bleating instead of deep and rumbling. "I was an Undead Dragon just now, strong and feared! Now... now I'm just a weak little sheep skeleton. This is… just sooo!"
Looking at the short skeleton sheep standing where a giant dragon used to be, Elaria, the three elf commanders, all the surrounding elves, and even the giant golems were frozen solid with shock.
