I urged Saru to rest before stepping out of the hospital, revving my bike in anticipation of visiting Abhimayu. The ride took me about six hours, filled with a mounting frustration. Upon arriving, I burst into his office, calling out, "Abhimayu! Where are you?"
He emerged from his cabin, confusion etched on his face. "What's going on? Why are you shouting?" With a surge of emotion, I grabbed him by the collar, locking eyes with him. "Why didn't you tell me about Saru's condition? Why did you leave her in that hospital alone?" He pushed me away, his voice steady yet defensive. "She asked me not to say anything. She told me to go, and I promised her." Barely holding back my anger, I shot back, "You also promised to marry her, but you broke that vow. So, why were you so hesitant to tell me something so crucial?" He fell silent, the weight of my words hanging in the air. I turned away, leaving him standing there, speechless.
I first stopped by my apartment to gather my belongings, then headed over to Saru's place to pack up her essential items. After that, I made my way to the hospital, this time taking my car, as I knew how much Saru appreciated it.
