Sun Wukong answered.
He had not learned the Water God's spells from the Grandmaster; the Water Marrow was solely created through his understanding of the Heavenly Dao.
Sun Wukong had confirmed one thing, Daoist Skills and Divine Skills, as well as various cultivation laws, are not created out of nothing.
