As a spellcaster, Aaron had to improve his INT and WIS to a higher level, much higher than they are now, but as a Death Mage, he was facing some problems.
He can only use the FSPs directly, but adding too much would give him a headache. To make sure that didn't happen, he had to burn his mana as fast as possible, but that was not easy with the skills he had.
Only when he was fighting an opponent would he be able to burn mana easily, not while training. Also, those opponents have to be powerful enough to destroy his skeletons so that he would use up the mana he has.
Otherwise, he wouldn't burn much of his mana.
In the training building, which he named the second building as the rooms here are equipped for training, there is a meditation chamber. It is useful to regenerate mana faster and thereby makes it easy to improve WIS. Burining mana faster by using skills more often would slowly improve his INT.
