Chapter 23 - End of... what!?

The alley was trembling beneath the stomping of boots. One hundred and fifty Pipik High students stood shoulder to shoulder, their eyes cold, knuckles wrapped, and weapons in hand — wooden hockey sticks, brass knuckles, and the hunger of war carved into their faces.

Facing them stood only two.

Jay Yoon, leaning back lazily against a power box, spinning a lollipop between his fingers.

And beside him — the silent monster in a school uniform — Ha Seung-won, the Taekwondo prodigy with eyes that burned like steel.

Just before the first blow could fall—

The crowd parted.

A tall figure walked out slowly, the ground crunching beneath each step. His presence silenced everything. Even the wind seemed to hold its breath.

Kim Park.

The leader of Pipik High.

His figure was broad, built like a fortress, muscles pressed tight against his jacket. His eyes were like a predator's — calm but lethal.

"I hereby declare war," Kim Park spoke, his voice like gravel and thunder. "Gangbuk High will fall today. You rats crawled too far."

Jay popped his lollipop in his mouth and grinned.

"Cool speech. You practiced that?" he said, hopping up to a broken wall nearby. "Seung-won, I'll go play with the boss. You take care of the goons."

"Don't order me," Seung-won muttered.

But before he could even flick Jay off that wall — a metal stick came flying.

CRACK!!

Seung-won dodged barely — and the battle erupted.

150 vs 1.

And that 1 was a hurricane.

Ha Seung-won moved like a storm. His Taekwondo kicks were beyond human, faster than the eye, more brutal than fists. The first five boys flew like bowling pins, collapsing into each other.

One charged with brass knuckles — Seung-won jumped, spun, and kicked his temple.

The crack echoed like a gunshot. Another tried to stab with a broken stick — Seung-won twisted midair, kicking the weapon out of his hands, and then followed with a brutal heel-drop to the chest.

Ten down. Twenty. Fifty.

They came like waves. He didn't back up an inch.

Blood splattered, teeth cracked, bones shattered.

Two tried to flank him — Seung-won jumped off a guy's back, flipped sideways and kicked both in the face mid-air.

He landed, breathing evenly, not a scratch yet.

But they kept coming.

Even then — he didn't fall.

Even with four minor scratches and slight bruises on his arms — he stood above the broken crowd, chest rising, fists ready.

And all 150?

Down. Out. Defeated.

Elsewhere...

A breeze whispered across a riverside road.

On one end stood Jay Yoon, now licking his lollipop lazily. On the other — Kim Park, eyes narrowed like a beast ready to charge.

The tension between them split the air like a blade.

Without warning—

CRACK!!!

Jay's kick flashed out, but Kim caught it with one hand.

"You fast," Kim growled.

Jay grinned. "You slow."

Then the real fight began.

The road shook.

Jay spun with speed beyond logic, feet sweeping like wind blades. Kim deflected the first, dodged the second, and then countered — a full-powered fist aimed for Jay's ribs.

Boom!

Jay blocked, barely.

Kim's XXX+ Strength was monstrous — every hit a cannon blast. But Jay — faster, sharper, smarter.

Jay ducked, feinted, and kicked low, then high, landing a hit on Kim's jaw.

Kim staggered — then grabbed Jay's collar, lifted him, and slammed him on the hood of a parked car.

Jay coughed, rolled off, grinning. "Okay. That hurt."

He spun, leapt, and struck Kim's stomach — a kick so fast it broke the sound around it.

Kim gasped. Jay didn't stop.

He unleashed a barrage — fists, knees, elbows, kicks. The ground cracked beneath their feet. Kim tried to resist, landing two brutal punches that bruised Jay's side and shoulder.

But Jay didn't slow. Not one step.

His YXX Speed and YXX+ Endurance made him a storm that didn't stop blowing.

Finally — with a spinning axe kick — Jay struck Kim's neck.

Boom.

Kim Park hit the ground.

Eyes closed. Unconscious.

Jay, breathing evenly, looked down at the fallen leader of Pipik High. Blood on his lip, two bruises on his body. Nothing else.

He popped the lollipop out of his mouth.

"Tastes better after a fight."

He flicked it — and it landed on Kim's chest.

Without another word, Jay turned and walked off, hands in pockets, the wind blowing through his jacket as if even the air bowed to him.
