Ouch, he just punched me, and it stung. I got my ass planted next to a dumpster by my uncle. Wow he's really strong, I feel my jaw dislocated.
"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!"
"It's either she kills us or we kill..." Before I finish my sentence, he sent a kick to my guts, "Oof."
"Who even is she?! WHO EVEN IS SHE?!" He grabbed on my shirt and pulled me closer threateningly.
"That's GPS."
"A little girl...a little girl damn it!" He pushed me back down by the dumpster, he must've broke at least a few ribs at this point.
"You know what, you killed Corpse back then because, first off it's one life or another, second because we thought we were already dead. But this?! What's wrong with you?" Uncle looked down on me with disgust. I had expected this. Whether or not it's in this alley, he would eventually confront me about my sudden wealth.
"You're not Sean, you're not, there hasn't been a single thing about you that's Sean since I've met you. You are a fake wearing his face and his name."
It's a fair assumption to be fair, players can change their name freely at any time and can even purchase different faces in the shopping district.
"Say something."
"I did it so that our chances are higher. I'm stronger now instead of dead weight, we can get out of here easier, we can tell the world about this place, thus saving more than just one little girl."
He didn't like that explanation of mine, in fact he hated it so much he jabbed my face again, it wasn't his full strength, I could tell, his arms were trembling.
"You killed a child." He reiterated in a furious tone.
"Actually you know what? Let me guess!" He lets out a sarcastic laugh and walked in circles while speaking, "This is exactly the situation you had in mind. You wanted this to happen, you wanted to kill her the second her name came out of my mouth, didn't you?."
Well, he's not wrong.
"You're the one that put Ghostdoctor in there, so that you have an excuse to raid this place, to get to her, am I wrong?"
He's not exactly wrong, this was one of the outcomes I have pictured, just the least convenient one to kill her, it really relies on chances, GPS played her cards pretty well.
"You told us you didn't have a plan, that's not because you don't have one, you wanted to make sure you still have our trust, you're confirming that you will be the leader even without a concrete plan."
Alright, he's right on the target with that.
"Say something."
"Yes, I wanted to kill her for her points."
He didn't bother hittng me again after that confession of mine, instead he laughed. Not a genuine laugh obviously, I'm not exactly sure what is it.
"Go fuck yourself." Well that's an expected insult.
I wiped some blood off my face and slowly stood back up, I have to get to Ghostdoctor next.
"Where are you going?"
"Silencer, we had a deal."
"Tsk." Uncle was still blocking my way out the alley, his back was against me as he facepalmed, thinking about what to do next.
"Goodbye." He said, before walking away.
He's gonna come back eventually, I have leader role in this alliance, he can't leave without my permission. And if he can't leave this alliance, he can't participate in tournaments unless it's with us.
I hurried my way into the bar, the bar reeked with the unpleasant metallic scent if blood.
Lying on the entrance was Isaac, who was apparently still alive, at his final breath.
"...please...please..." And he used that final breath of his to beg, there's nothing I could do though, his bleeding was too severe.
I looked up to the roof of the building across the street and signaled Eleanor and Kenneth to come before heading inside the bar.
I had to step across multiple dead bodies to eventually get to the room where both silencer and Ghostdoctor is. The three bodyguards of GPS has already been murdered, lying on the door to GPS's lounge.
The door to Ghostdoctor was already opened, clearly by silencer. Inside the dull grey room was absolutely nothing but Ghostdoctor sitting on the floor and silencer standing next to him, covered in Living Cemetery's blood.
"I'm keeping this." Silencer says to me while holding up the scissor blade.
"No, no you're not..." Ghostdoctor at the back retorted.
"Jasper, he saved your life by slaughtering through thirty men, might as well give it to him to show gratitude."
Ghostdoctor's eyes widen, probably not because of how silencer sliced through all the guards, or how I wanted to give silencer the scissor blade, he's flabbergasted definitely because of the name drop.
His shocked face soon turns into a smirk, "I knew it, you figured it out..."
"Now the deal." Silencer turned to me, which I responded by placing a finger before pursed lips to hush him, reminding him that this information cannot be said out loud.
Ghostdoctor eventually realised what we meant, "Oh god Sean..."
"Player Ghostdoctor transferred 1 points to you."
"Player Ghostdoctor transferred 2 points to you..."
"Just a second." I told silencer as this method of communication takes some time.
Ghostdoctor asked me "What info?" with the point transactions, for which I replied with "This game being fake."
"What's happening?" Silencer asked upon noticing the awkward situation where not a single word was exchanged between me and Ghostdoctor, yet our facial expressions suggests we're having a conversation.
"Just wait for like two minutes, we won't go anywhere." I reassured silencer then continued on the conversation with Ghostdoctor through point transactions.
"No, you are not telling him that."
"I made a deal, can't break it now."
"He's a Mage class."
"He already know about the scissors, he's holding one of the blades as we speak. There's no hiding it anyways."
"Why did you give him that?"
"To save you."
The scene must've been comedic for silencer, two guys were making faces as if they're having an weird conversation where every reaction was delayed and not a single word is spoken.
"You didn't talk about the info in front of him did you?"
"I didn't, I used this." I sent the message then pulled out the whiteboard and marker from my inventory.
"It's still too risky, we can't tell him."
"He would probably kill us right now if we don't tell him as promised."
Ghostdoctor frowned after receiving that message, he scratched his head to think on this for a while before hesitantly nodding.
"What happened? Where's Frostbite?" Eleanor and Ken arrived.
"Not important. Let's fulfill our end of the deal first." I answered.
After that, we gave silencer a complete run-through of the secrets of the game using the whiteboard and marker.
But Ghostdoctor and I both decided to leave one part out, which is the fact that Ghostdoctor can modify earpieces so that it can't tamper with user's memories.
If we told him, he would've definitely requested us to help modify not just his, his entire team's.
So the reason we left that part out is, we're lazy, we don't want to go through so many trouble, there's no disadvantages in not telling him that anyways.
