"Ziya?" He boomed, his heart thumping faster.
"Riku." She whispered, sitting on the bathtub edge, and dipped her fingers into the warm water, serenely swirling it around.
"I want to do something." She added, her eyes gazing at her fingers swirling the ripples.
Riku, quiet, watched her eyes, his feet curling underwater.
"If you don't like it, you can stop me." She added, her chest heaving up. Riku could sense something was brewing inside her, he could hear the gears turn in her head.
"What... what do you want to do?" Riku questioned. He wasn't scared, he was baffled. She was acting unlike herself.
"I can't ... say.. I can only show you. ... I don't think I can speak ... what is in my mind." Ziya looked at him, her eyes numb and eyebrows curled. She looked as if she was in pain. 'Why?'
"Riku, I have never ..done something like this. But I've always wanted to." Ziya added, "Would you let me?"
Riku instantly nodded, his heart swelling by the look in her eyes. He didn't want to see her in any pain. If she wanted something, he would give it to her. "You can do whatever you want," Riku whispered.
"But you have to let me know if you want me to stop. I would never ... do anything you don't like." Ziya whispered her soaked fingers caressing his cheek.
He cupped her palm onto his cheek and replied, "I would... let you know."
