"Huh?" Sumaya blinked, snapping back to the present as her eyes landed on Olivia's amused face.
"Where'd you go?" Olivia asked, tilting her head with a playful smirk. "You spaced out like you were rewriting the laws of physics."
Sumaya let out a short breath, brushing a loose strand of hair behind her ear. "Sorry," she murmured, trying to play it off with a small shrug. "Just… thinking."
Olivia leaned in, narrowing her eyes with exaggerated suspicion. "Mmhmm. Thinking about how you're gonna charm my brother at the game today?"
"Ewwww, Oli." Sumaya scrunched up her nose in mock disgust, shooting Olivia a look like she'd just suggested licking a public bench. One brow arched, and a dry smirk tugged at her lips. "Besides, do I look like a cheerleader to you?"
Talon snorted. He actually had to turn away for a second, covering his mouth as he burst into laughter. "Oh my god, that face — priceless," he wheezed. "You looked like you just walked into a crime scene."
