"Huh! What is that?" Son Goku, resting under the stalagmite pillar, noticed something unusual in the distance.
Yellow sand and dust swirled in the sky, accompanied by the distant sound of a motor. A long-haired teenager was driving a desert motorboat across the sand. Ayaka glanced at the scene but chose to ignore it, finding a quiet spot near the stalagmite column to continue resting.
Soon, the desert motorboat stopped in front of Son Goku. Bulma, lying down to rest nearby, remained unnoticed, while Ayaka quickly hid among the stalagmite pillars upon spotting Yamcha. Yamcha, unaware of the two women, focused his attention on Son Goku.
"Who are you?" Son Goku asked, eyeing Yamcha and Puar as they dismounted the motorboat.
"I am Yamcha, the desert bandit, and this is my partner, Puar. Hand over your money and Capsule if you want to live!" Yamcha declared, brandishing a large sword with a confident smirk.
Puar spotted Oolong and exclaimed, "Master Yamcha, that pig is Oolong! He used to bully me in Southern Transformation Kindergarten before being expelled for his greed and laziness."
"Is that so?" Yamcha sneered, gripping his sword tightly. "Bad luck for you, kid. I'll send you to heaven early!"
Yamcha lunged at Son Goku with his sword, moving swiftly across the sand. Son Goku, annoyed but unfazed, dodged the attack with ease. Before Yamcha could react, Son Goku countered with his Power Pole, striking Yamcha's sword with a resounding bang. The force of the blow caused cracks to form beneath Yamcha's feet.
"What incredible strength!" Yamcha muttered, his wrists aching from the impact. Realizing he was outmatched, Yamcha leaped back to prepare his signature move.
"Wolf Fang Fist!" Yamcha shouted, launching a flurry of lightning-fast attacks. His movements were fierce and relentless, resembling a wolf in pursuit. Yet, Son Goku, trained by Ayaka, skillfully countered each strike, leaving Yamcha astonished.
"How is this possible?" Yamcha thought, shaken by Son Goku's resilience.
Meanwhile, Puar, anxious about Yamcha's struggle, tried to intervene. Oolong, amused by the fight, taunted Puar, sparking a comical exchange between the two.
Despite Yamcha's best efforts, Son Goku's superior strength and training proved overwhelming. The battle culminated in a powerful clash of fists, sending Yamcha flying into a stalagmite pillar, which crumbled upon impact.
"Master Yamcha!" Puar cried, rushing to his side.
Defeated and humiliated, Yamcha pounded the ground in frustration. His despair was interrupted by Bulma, who had awakened and groggily observed the situation. Though she acknowledged Yamcha's presence, her thoughts naturally drifted toward Goku, her emotions subtly deepening for him as their bond continued to bloom.
Terrified by the unexpected confrontation and Bulma's sharp gaze, Yamcha fled in panic, leaving Ayaka and the others to continue their journey.
"Did he run away?" Bulma asked, puzzled by Yamcha's sudden retreat. She turned to Ayaka, her curiosity evident. "Ayaka, who was that?"
Ayaka shrugged casually. "That's Yamcha, the desert bandit, and his partner, Puar."
Later that night, with no transportation available, the group resorted to using a Capsule to retrieve a double-decker car.
"Why didn't you tell me earlier, cheapskate? I walked all that way for nothing!" Bulma snapped at Oolong, clearly annoyed.
Oolong, looking disgruntled, replied, "I've treasured this car for a long time."
As night fell, Yamcha, still unwilling to accept defeat, devised a plan to attack Son Goku. He instructed Puar to transform into Son Goku to lure Bulma away, while he targeted Goku directly. However, Puar's transformation inadvertently attracted Oolong, who had transformed into a comically exaggerated version of Bulma. Yamcha, upon seeing Bulma asleep, was overcome with frustration and despair.
Despite his failed battle strategy, Yamcha overheard Son Goku and Oolong discussing the Dragon Balls. Determined to overcome his fear of women, Yamcha resolved to collect the Dragon Balls and make his wish to Shenron.
The next morning, Bulma confronted Oolong. "Oolong, you promised to help me wash clothes! Why haven't you done anything yet?"
"There's a piece of clothing on the house you can wear," Oolong replied dismissively, handing her a rabbit-eared girl's dress. Furious, Bulma threatened to roast Oolong into a suckling pig but reluctantly donned the outfit and went to find Ayaka to find some clothes she can wear.
Ayaka gave her a Blue top with black jeans. She truly like the design though Ayaka was giving and quickly donned it but found that it was bit tight in the chest area but not too much which made her a bit jealous as She was definitely older than her but she already had a figure that any girl would love to have and lets not forget that she is also a powerhouse martial artist.
Though when she saw Ayaka looking at her with an appreciative look she looked a bit embarrassed afterall she was jealous of her and the other party didn't have any bad feelings for her but only good feelings. Making her mind up she went to hug Ayaka, then while holding her arms coquettishly they both went out.
The group, now consisting of Ayaka, Bulma, Son Goku, and Oolong, set off toward Fire Mountain in the car driven by Oolong. En route, they were ambushed by Yamcha's rocket, which destroyed their vehicle. As an apology, Yamcha provided them with a replacement car—equipped with a tracker.
Ayaka, fully aware of Yamcha's intentions, chose not to confront him, uninterested in escalating the situation.
