Today marked the day that Derrek would have to leave Victoria. Unfortunately, some work came up, and after spending a few days over a week, it was finally time for the father to leave her caring daughter.
"Pl-Please come back fast." Victoria's tone turned soft as she followed Derrek to the cab while Brian helped him load the luggage into the boot. He would steal a few glances at Victoria because he was happy that he could finally make love to Victoria without caring about anyone in the nearby room.
"I'll be back soon, babygirl… Till then, James will take care of you. Isn't it Brian?" Derrek asked in an excited tone to which he just nodded his head, flashing a smile.
"See, there's nothing to worry about; moreover, I'm just a flight away; you're always welcome to join me," Derrek stated as he finally entered the cab and poked his head out. It hurt him to see his daughter's sad face, especially when they had to part just after they reconciled with each other.
